Volley Girls: High School Story is a new sports game featuring quick, 4-on-4 volleyball matches developed by DAERI SOFT Inc. The game lets you coach a high school team, guiding them from local competitions to the national championships. This guide will show you how to earn Scouting Points and Crystal Balls, which are essential for recruiting talented players and building a championship-winning team.
How to get more Crystal Balls and Scouting Points in Volley Girls: High School Story
1. Progress through the story stages to get Crystal Balls
The game features a complete story campaign with 10 chapters, each broken down into multiple stages. Players will earn plenty of rewards throughout, including new characters to recruit, items to help them level up, and Crystal Balls – the game’s key currency for unlocking content.

You earn 100 Crystal Balls for every star you get on a story stage. If you have the Pro Pass, you’ll receive an extra 200 Crystal Balls as a bonus. Since most chapters have 6 to 8 stages, you can collect between 1800 and 2400 free Crystal Balls in each chapter. Just make sure to earn all 3 stars on each stage to get the maximum reward!
2. Daily free Scouting Points and Crystal Balls by watching ads
The game lets you earn rewards by watching ads in the store. Each ad, lasting between one and two minutes, gives you 300 Scouting Points and 400 Crystal Balls. You’ll need to watch ads five times to claim all the rewards on that page. Unlike daily tasks, this is currently the only way to consistently earn the in-game currency needed for team recruitment.

Okay, so to get a full 5x recruitment going, this game needs 350 Scouting points and 1000 Crystal Balls. I was relying on watching ads each day, but it just wasn’t giving me enough resources. I had to wait until the next day to build up enough. I tried doing single recruits before, but honestly, it’s way better to save up and always do the 5x – I wasn’t getting anything worthwhile from the single pulls.
3. Get Crystal Balls from the Achievements and the Collection menu
As a player, I’m really enjoying how many achievements there are to unlock! Plus, you can recruit team members from various academies, and they give you tons of Crystal Balls, which is awesome!

You can earn Crystal balls in a few ways: some rewards give you 10, while others give you 50. Completing a full team from any of the 10 academies earns you a bonus of 100 Crystal balls. There are four different levels of teams you can build.
4. Always check your in-game Mail
Don’t forget to check your in-game Mailbox! It’s a simple way to get free crystal balls and scouting points without a lot of effort. The game developers often send these as rewards for updates, special events, or when the game undergoes maintenance.

Whenever there’s a big update, event, or new partnership, check your Mailbox! You’ll usually find a gift of crystal balls and scouting points there. These rewards don’t last forever, so get in the habit of checking your Mailbox every day to make sure you don’t miss out.
Final Thoughts
Volley Girls: High School Story tests your quick reactions more than your team-building skills. Success comes from being steady and consistent – mastering the controls and your team’s setup is more important than trying fancy moves. While risky plays like jump serves and powerful spikes can change the course of a tight match, they aren’t the key to winning.
