Vogue Williams reveals she and Spencer Matthews have finally sold their £4.25M London apartment as she shows off their new ‘forever’ home before they embark on 18 months of renovations

Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have traded in their London apartment, which sold for £4.25 million, for a new house they plan to live in long-term.

The couple initially listed their upscale London apartment for sale two years ago and have since reduced the price by a significant £1 million.

Vogue recently shared in her YouTube vlog that she and her partner sold their first home together and purchased their new, permanent family home in London back in June.

The celebrity showed fans around their new home, but explained that they and their three children won’t be able to move in for at least a year and a half while they complete major renovations.

The couple’s period home is close to their apartment in Battersea, and Vogue reports they’re currently staying in a nearby rental property.

We recently sold our apartment, marking the end of a chapter in our lives. As Vogue explained, we’ve moved to a rental nearby to avoid disrupting the kids’ schooling while we settle into our new dream home.

It’s hard to leave this apartment – we’ve made so many memories here over the last seven years. This was our first home together, and we welcomed all of our children into the world here. Saying goodbye will definitely be strange, but we’re excited to start making new memories in our wonderful new house.

We’ve finally found our perfect, long-term home. I know it’s a cliché, but it truly feels like the place we’ll stay forever. It’s everything I’ve always wanted in a home, just like the one I’ve dreamed of in Ireland, and I can picture our kids growing up here.

The sale of their new house was finalized in June, and they’ve been gradually renovating it ever since. She mentioned that her background in quantity surveying has been really useful during the process.

I immediately fell in love with the house, and the estate agent could tell I was determined to buy it. Because of that, we likely didn’t negotiate the best possible price, but I was just too enthusiastic to care.

This is a challenging task, and I need to manage Spenny because he doesn’t realize I have a degree in construction cost estimation and a good understanding of pricing. His requests are simply beyond what we can afford.

They’re quickly making changes to fit our budget, but we’ll still end up with our dream house.

Vogue showed off the renovated house, highlighting its beautiful original details like fireplaces, decorative molding, and ceiling roses.

She briefly showed us the big garden and explained they planned to remove a lot of the bushes to create a spacious lawn for the children to play in.

In April, Vogue and Spencer lowered the price of their London apartment by another £450,000.

The price of the property has dropped by a huge £1 million since it was originally put on the market two years ago.

The couple, married in 2018 with three children, first listed their home for sale in 2023 for £5.25 million. They reduced the price and re-listed it in February for £4.7 million.

Vogue Williams, 38, and Spencer Matthews, 35, bought a flat together fairly early in their relationship, after dating for about six months.

The family completely remodeled and enlarged their home to provide more room for their three children: seven-year-old Theodore, five-year-old Gigi, and three-year-old Otto.

We love our London apartment, but it’s not ideal for our family right now. It has two floors, which isn’t practical with young children who can’t be left unsupervised downstairs, as Vogue mentioned last year.

‘Its too small. So we’re just trying to find somewhere with a little bit more space.’

The couple bought a house in Howth, Dublin, in late 2023, but they still travel to London regularly for work.
