Vogue Williams Reveals Her Jaw-Dropping Tanning Secrets While Posing in Lingerie!

In simpler terms, Vogue Williams displayed her tanned body and well-toned legs by posing in just her undergarments for a steamy photo session promoting her self-tanning business.

In 2019, the 39-year-old television host debuted “Bare By Vogue,” and recently shared her favorite sunless tanning secrets with followers.

In some additional pictures, the mother of three showcased her charm at home, initially striking various poses while wearing a white bra and coordinating undergarments. This ensemble highlighted her toned legs and trim waistline.

Or more casually:
In extra snaps, the mom of three struck a variety of poses at home, first in a matching white bra-and-underwear set that put her long, lean legs on display along with her flat tummy.

Both versions convey the same meaning while maintaining a natural and easy-to-read style.

Vogue moved into a black-hued bathroom setting, expertly posing to showcase her radiant skin tone at its best.

In another beautiful scene, she was relaxing on a comfortable recliner bed (chaise longue), dressed in a sunny yellow mini dress, which beautifully stood out against her radiant bronze skin tone.

At the end, she was captured putting on a sports bra and leggings, ready for a workout, proving that her tanning lotion stays put, even in the heat of exercise.

She arranged her golden curls into loose, breezy waves and subtly accentuated her radiant complexion with a light makeup application.

Vogue openly shared with PA about her consistent use of fake tanning products: “I almost always have a hint of tan, and I can’t recall the last time I didn’t apply some form of self-tanner.

To be completely honest, I wasn’t naturally adept at achieving that effortless look at first. In fact, I can still vividly recall my early days, when I was 16, sporting hands as bright as oranges due to the bleach I carelessly applied.

The layer peeled away instantly, yet my hands felt rough and sandy. Interestingly, that idea originated from one of my friends; we were out of store-bought tanning removers at the time. To put it simply, I’ve learned a valuable lesson: I will never again resort to homemade solutions for skin care.

However, being a busy mother of three with her partner Spencer Matthews and juggling work, she recognizes that not everyone has the luxury to achieve a flawless tan.

Here’s my suggestion: “I suggest a simple switch-up in your skincare routine. Instead of using a body moisturizer, opt for a gradual tan instead. Then, instead of your regular face serum, try a tanning serum. Since you’ll be using a serum either way, this makes it convenient. That’s the approach I personally take.

Nevertheless, Vogue acknowledges that she too sought assistance from Spencer and on occasion, her own children during times of great need.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I once found myself in a rather unusual situation. When my son was just five years old, I found myself entrusting him with a task that left me feeling quite humbled – yes, I asked him to give me a back massage! The following day, I had an important event, and I guess desperation can make us do some unconventional things. While I’m not entirely sure how effectively he tackled the task, I must admit it was an experience I won’t soon forget.

As a diligent self-tanner enthusiast, I found myself pondering, ‘How might I achieve an even glow on my back?’ Now, I’ve taken to utilizing the [Bare by Vogue hydrating facial mist] for that purpose. Regrettably, persuading my child to assist me in this task has become a challenge.

However, it’s worth noting that Vogue doesn’t ask Made in Chelsea star Spencer to reciprocate her efforts, as she confesses: “He exclusively uses Ultra Dark. He covers his entire body with it. Initially, I used to do it for him, along with my brother. I found out it’s quite a challenge. Even when I have to apply it on his back, I often think, that’s too much.

One practical piece of advice she offers for self-tanning is to apply plenty of moisturizing lotion or cream on your palms, soles, elbows, and knees to prevent them from getting too dark compared to the rest of your body.

She advises: For arm tanning, just sweep any leftover mitt material across your palms, followed by using a tanning brush to evenly blend it.

‘Don’t add more tan to the hand – it doesn’t work, I’ve been there – I’ve tried it for all of us’.

Yet, despite her fondness for a sun-kissed look, Vogue doesn’t compromise sun protection to achieve a natural tan. Instead, she emphasizes the importance of sun safety and encourages her children to do the same by following her lead.

She says: ‘Now I’m literally hiding from the sun […] I can’t bear getting burnt.’

For the well-being of Theodore (age 6), Gigi (4), and Otto (2), her advice is to ensure they always wear hats and apply sunscreen with an SPF of 50, along with additional zinc oxide for enhanced shielding.

A handy trick when applying sunscreen on kids is using Childs Farm’s roll-on sun cream. For their faces, consider using a small makeup brush to apply the cream more smoothly.

In my line of work as a lifestyle advisor, I’ve come to understand that even fashion icons like Vogue have faced battles. Back when I was just starting out, around the age of 16, during my early modeling years, I grappled with disordered eating – a heartbreaking confession I make today.

The podcaster courageously shared her struggles with diet issues on her show, discussing how she had been caught up in extreme dieting trends and addressing the intense societal pressures that young women encounter today.

Vogue openly discussed how a steady stream of diet and exercise recommendations ultimately resulted in harmful eating patterns that significantly impacted her connection with food.

In the recent installment of my favorite podcast, My Therapist Ghosted Me with Joanne McNally, she pointed out a trend that struck a chord: ‘It seems like there’s an endless stream of voices giving advice on what to do.’

‘I strive to think, train, and eat as optimally as possible, but it’s challenging to maintain a consistently healthy diet. In the past, I followed unhealthy habits excessively, which unfortunately led me to develop disordered eating patterns for some time.’

She added: ‘I would follow these mental diet regimens, similar to joining a new gym where they might say, “You are allowed to consume only this” or “No ketchup for you”.’

Feeling rather upset because since I was 16, there has been an unhealthy pressure to conform to certain beauty standards – it’s intense, and for young women who have to confront such issues, it can be quite distressing.

Vogue prefers running as part of her fitness routine and practices moderation when it comes to her diet. She shared with RTE earlier this year that she’s found a good balance in life, noting that she doesn’t always eat healthily but focuses on consuming unprocessed foods.

Previously, she’s openly discussed the challenges related to body image she encountered during her career, which ranged from being criticized for being too heavy to being criticized for being too thin.

Prior to her initial pregnancy, she claims that people criticized her for being too large, a commentary that made her feel as though she needed to shed pounds, even though she was already in excellent physical condition.

Following the arrival of her firstborn, Theodore, Vogue encountered a renewed barrage of criticism online, this time suggesting she appeared too slim.

She hit back by publicly sharing her weight to silence the cruel comments.

‘I’m 64kg and 5’11… that’s where my weight comfortably sits,’ she wrote online.

In her initial pregnancy, Vogue openly addressed the criticism she faced for still exercising – sharing that the harsh online comments were severe enough to induce intense anxiety within her, prompting her to consult her physician for confirmation that her unborn child was thriving healthily.

The speaker, a strong advocate for open discussions on mental health issues, admitted that dealing with anxiety has consistently been a tough task for them.

In my experience as a lifestyle enthusiast, I prioritize maintaining my mental health by regularly engaging in physical activities, making conscious food choices, and moderating my alcohol intake.

Lately, Vogue ignited excitement in a snug yellow bikini when she openly admitted on Instagram that the swimsuit gives an illusion of having ample chest.

In a shellfish-patterned two-piece, she proudly displayed her toned midriff during her ongoing tropical vacation on the beautiful island of St Barts with her family.

In the story, Vogue emphasized her look by donning oversized, white square sunglasses while opting for a bare-faced makeup style in her post.

In my own words, I’d say: To complete my coastal chic style, I swept my golden locks to one side and tied them back into a low bun. I opted for minimalist accessorizing to let the natural beauty of the beach take center stage.
