Despite the chilly, wet weather in London on Wednesday, Vogue Williams stepped out wearing a summery outfit.
The 40-year-old Irish podcaster showed off her legs in denim shorts (often called ‘jorts’) and brightened her outfit with burnt orange heeled sandals.
Keeping warm in the top part of her ensemble, Vogue slipped into a cosy cream roll neck jumper.
Elsewhere outside Global Studios, Ashley Roberts cut a chic figure as she departed Heart Radio.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer looked stylish in a suede dress and a brown oversized jacket.
Okay, so Vogue’s finally renovating her dream house – her ‘forever home,’ she calls it! And honestly, I’m living for the sneak peeks she’s been sharing! She’s currently renting this place in London while the renovations are happening, and it’s already getting such an amazing transformation. I’m completely obsessed with seeing how she’s decorating; it’s like watching a dream unfold!
Model Vogue Williams and her husband, Spencer Matthews, have officially left their London flat, worth £4.25 million, with their three children: eight-year-old Theodore, six-year-old Gigi, and four-year-old Otto. They moved out last week.
Two years ago, the couple listed their upscale apartment in Battersea for sale, and they’ve since reduced the price by a significant £1 million.
I was so excited to see the photos of the house they’re renting! It’s where they’ll be living for the next year and a half while they make their forever home exactly how they want it. It’s great to get a peek into their temporary space while the big renovations are happening.
Vogue shared a post on Instagram announcing they’re giving one of their rental property’s couches a makeover, and showed a ‘before’ picture of how it currently looks.
The TV personality previously showed off a video of her living room, which featured a large bay window, a fireplace, and a big TV mounted above it.
Vogue then revealed the newly decorated space, highlighting a comfortable blue sectional sofa and a matching blue and white striped armchair.
The Irish celebrity brightened up the wooden floor with a large rug featuring white and blue stripes, and placed a round coffee table in the middle of the room.
To decorate the lounge, which had a very high ceiling, Vogue arranged books and a vase on the coffee table and added plants throughout the room.
Vogue has neatly put away her three children’s toys – a dollhouse, a small desk, and a large set of storage drawers – in a corner of the room.
We recently moved into our new rental and wanted to make it feel cozy and welcoming right away!
I was excited to make the living room feel warm and inviting, and I couldn’t wait to decorate it with the new sofas I designed.
Vogue also featured the bedroom of children Teddy and Gigi, showcasing a chic white bunk bed complete with a playful slide.
To maximize the space, Vogue included a small desk, a bookcase, and clothing racks to display the couple’s clothes.
As she entered her youngest child, Otto’s, new bedroom in their temporary rental house, he looked delighted, sitting on his green and white checkered bed.
Vogue shared in a recent YouTube video that she and her husband, Spencer, sold their first home together and purchased a new house in London back in June, which they plan to be their family home for the long term.
The celebrity from ‘I’m A Celeb’ showed fans around their new home, but explained that it will be at least a year and a half before they and their three kids can move in due to major renovations.
The couple’s period home is close to their apartment in Battersea, and Vogue reports they’re currently staying in a nearby rental while things are settled.
We recently sold our apartment, marking the end of a chapter in our lives. As Vogue explained, we’ve moved to a rental nearby so our children can continue attending the same school, now that we’ve purchased our forever home.
I’m really going to miss this apartment. We’ve made so many memories here over the last seven years – it was our first home together, and we brought all of our children into the world here. Saying goodbye will definitely be tough, but we’re excited to start making new memories in our wonderful new house.
We’ve finally found our perfect, long-term home. I know it’s a cliché, but this really feels like the place we’ll stay. It’s everything I’ve always wanted in a home, just like the one I’ve dreamed of in Ireland, and I can picture our kids growing up here.
The sale of their new house was finalized in June, and they’ve been gradually renovating it ever since. She mentioned that her background in quantity surveying has been really useful throughout the process.
As soon as I saw the house, I knew I had to have it, and the estate agent could tell. I was so excited about it that we probably didn’t negotiate the best possible price, but I couldn’t resist.
This is a challenging task, and I need to manage Spenny because he doesn’t realize I have a degree in cost estimation and a good understanding of pricing. His requests are simply beyond what we can afford.
They’re quickly taking out some of the more expensive features, but we’ll still get our dream house – just one that fits our budget.
Vogue showed off the renovated house, highlighting its charming original details like fireplaces, decorative molding, and ceiling roses.
She briefly showed us the big garden and explained they planned to remove a lot of the bushes and shrubs to create a spacious lawn for the children to play in.
In April, Vogue and Spencer lowered the price of their London apartment by another £450,000.
The price of the property has dropped by a remarkable £1 million since it was originally put on the market two years ago.
The couple, married in 2018 with three children, first tried to sell their home in 2023 for £5.25 million. When it didn’t sell, they reduced the price to £4.7 million in February.
Vogue, a model and TV host, and Spencer, known from the show Made in Chelsea, bought a flat together relatively early in their relationship – after only dating for six months.
The family completely remodeled and enlarged their home to provide more room for their three children: Theodore, who is seven, Gigi, five, and three-year-old Otto.
We love our London apartment—it has two floors—but it’s not ideal for our young children to play downstairs unsupervised. It simply doesn’t suit our family’s needs right now,” Vogue shared last year.
‘Its too small. So we’re just trying to find somewhere with a little bit more space.’
The couple bought a house in Howth, Dublin, towards the end of 2023, but they still travel to London regularly for work.
