Vogue Williams blasts body-shamers and praises her husband Spencer Matthews ripped physique after he completed 30 desert marathons in 30 days

As an ardent fan, I find myself utterly inspired and admiring Vogue Williams, not just for her stunning beauty but also for her unwavering spirit and resilience. Her life journey is a testament to the power of self-love and self-acceptance in the face of adversity.

On Saturday, Vogue Williams spoke out against body shamers and applauded her husband Spencer Matthews‘ impressive physique, as he had just finished a 30-day challenge of running 30 desert marathons.

Irish model Vogue, 38, opened up about the cruel trolling comments she receives about her weight.

In a fit and energetic manner, they – she and her husband Spencer (age 36), who tied the knot in 2018 and are proud parents to Theo (six years old), Gigi (three years old), and Otto (two years old) – show off well-defined abs.

Vogue shared with The Sun: “The world has some real individuals who fall short of the mark. Regardless of what others might say about my physique, I’m proud to declare that I feel incredibly fit and healthy. By the time one reaches their 30s, a sense of self-acceptance tends to grow stronger.

She went on to say: “For quite some time, I’ve maintained the same weight and my body structure hasn’t undergone significant transformation. Contrary to my expectations, I haven’t developed Victoria’s Secret-like legs as of yet. However, my legs are strong rather than petite and skinny – a characteristic that suits me just fine.

Vogue commented on Spencer: “He’s looking fantastic, and he’s in exceptional physical condition. To be straightforward, I’ve never dated a man like him before, but his physique is stunning. However, I’d still find him attractive without it. But honestly, credit to him. There isn’t anyone more content with their body than he is!

In 2023, Vogue stated that people seem less considerate, as she once more shared her experiences with online harassment following her modeling of swimwear for M&S.

Followers criticized Vogue for being too thin when she modeled both the black swimsuit and the skimpy blue bikini during her vacation, claiming they were too slim.

In conversation with The Sun, she expressed that it’s unimaginable for her to post something unfavorable about someone online since they are strangers to her.

In my experience, I’ve noticed that kindness sometimes seems to be a fleeting quality in our society. Initially, there was a period when people were eager to extend kindness to one another, but unfortunately, that spirit has waned over time.

As a lifestyle guide, I openly confess that it’s impossible for me to meet every individual’s expectations, and unfortunately, I often encounter criticism that comes in two forms – being perceived as overweight by some, while others consider me underweight.

Admitting: ‘My weight doesn’t really fluctuate. I don’t really diet but I train a lot.’

The montage of Vogue in her skimpy swimwear was uploaded to Marks and Spencer’s Instagram page.

The commenters expressed that they wouldn’t post unfavorable remarks about individuals, but they swiftly stopped the ad and offer their apologies since they believed the portrayal didn’t resonate with an ordinary woman modeling a swimsuit, and no offense was intended to Vogue.
