Vogue and Spencer Slash £1M Off London Apartment Price
Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have reduced the asking price for their lavish London apartment by an additional £450,000.
The property’s price has dropped significantly by an astonishing £1 million since it was initially put up for sale two years back.
In 2018, my partner and I tied the knot and since then, we’ve been blessed with three lovely kids. Fast forward to 2023, we decided it was time to sell our prized property, listing it at a neat £5.25million.
It was later re-listed for £4.7million in February this year.
Currently, a beautifully appointed four-bedroom apartment located in Battersea is available for purchase at £4.25 million via Sotheby’s International Realty. This represents a significant reduction in price by £1 million from the initial asking amount.
In the early stages of their romance, lasting only six months, model and television personality Vogue, aged 38, and former Made in Chelsea star Spencer, 35, jointly acquired a flat.

Instead, consider this option: They significantly improved and enlarged the area to comfortably house their expanding household, which includes Theodore (7 years old), Gigi (5), and Otto (3).
Last year, Vogue expressed that our London apartment is fantastic, although it has two levels. Unfortunately, the children can’t be left alone on the lower floor because it doesn’t suit our family dynamics at their current stage of development.
‘Its too small. So we’re just trying to find somewhere with a little bit more space.’
Nestled inside a magnificent renovated building, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence boasts high vaulted ceilings, expansive windows reaching from the floor to the ceiling, and an uncommon personal outdoor space – a lush garden all to yourself.
The interiors, artfully crafted by Vogue, blend timeless sophistication with modern pizzazz. They feature paneled walls, vibrant wallpapers, and chic accents scattered about.
This property additionally features a distinct kitchen and dining space, a grand entrance lounge, and an opulent main bedroom equipped with a spacious closet and private bath.
Despite settling down primarily in Howth, Dublin, where they bought a new residence for their family towards the end of 2023, they still frequently visit London because of persistent job obligations.

It’s understood they may still be using the Battersea property until a sale goes through.
Although its price has decreased, the flat continues to stand out as one of the most remarkable family homes currently available in this region.
Regardless of the beautiful house, astute followers of the celebrity duo on TikTok have picked up on a rather striking aspect in their kitchen.
TikTok user HousingHorrors presented a walkthrough of their residence, where Vogue Magazine posters were displayed above the kitchen cabinets.
Fans were quick to notice that they were all slightly wonky.
One penned under the video: ‘All the pictures are crooked!’
Another added: ‘So glad I’m not the only one that noticed that!’
In a conversation with The Sunday Times last year, Spencer disclosed that his initial concept for their home’s design was significantly distinct from what it eventually became.
He mentioned his idea for a studio that exuded a lively, New York atmosphere with raw brick walls, an orange-tinted resin floor, motorcycles inside, and other uniquely cool items. However, he found himself overmatched by someone else’s plan.
Vogue relented and approved the installation of a polished concrete floor, but later admitted her dislike for it, finding it extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she ended up paying extra to replace it with wooden floors.
In a space adjacent to a warehouse-style office, there was some impact exerted by Spencer; this area, doubling as a bar and cinema, boasts an Andrew Martin sofa of an off-white hue.
Spencer, who finds the cozy couch a perfect place to rest, also opted for vibrant pop art pieces by artists Kaws and Keith Haring to adorn their workplace.
Initially, Vogue and Spencer had ownership of just the top floor of their apartment. After two and a half years, they decided to buy the ground floor too.
Initially planned for a Pilates studio within the apartment building, the space was later changed in purpose when an application was made to convert it into a single living area. The two floors were then combined.
Among the striking spaces, there’s Vogue’s captivating wardrobe room, featuring her jewelry displayed elegantly in a store-like case, along with both high-street and designer clothing items.

Spencer describes his own dressing space as a ‘hellhole’ in comparison to Vogue’s luxury room.
For prospective owners, it’s important to note that the initial purchase price isn’t the only expense. An additional yearly charge of £25,000 is also required.
In 2017, at a training camp for the TV show “The Jump,” Vogue (age 39) and her husband Spencer (age 36), who tied the knot in 2018, initially crossed paths.
Meanwhile, the couple are contentedly married and residing in a stylish abode; however, they do have differing opinions regarding Vogue’s artistic preferences.
During a home tour last year, Vogue jokingly remarked, “We always seem to have an abundance of art throughout our home. Except for the bird sculpture, everything else is mine. Spenny often claims he doesn’t care for it, but I think it adds character to our space.
