Victoria Coren gives a rare insight into family life with husband David Mitchell and their children

On Thursday, Victoria Coren offered a seldom-seen glimpse into the family dynamics between herself, her husband David Mitchell, and their two kids, providing an unusual peek at their domestic life.

The Only Connect host, 52, and the actor, 51, share two daughters, Barbara, 10, and June, two.

In the latest interview, Victoria noted that her daughter, Barbara, bears a strong resemblance to her own mother while discussing her offspring.

She shared with Radio Times magazine that her ten-year-old child enjoys watching The Masked Singer and classic Poirot episodes, much like herself.

‘The baby doesn’t have any screen time; she’s only 18 months old.

She adores the show ‘Bluey’, not realizing it’s television, instead believing it’s a fantastic collection of toy dogs resembling Weebles.

Poker expert Victoria often hosts the BBC2 game show “Only Connect,” much like how actor David became well-known for playing the socially awkward character Mark on the sitcom “Peep Show.

In 2012, the couple tied the knot at St. Peter’s Church located in North London. Their relationship has spanned more than two decades.

In other news, it’s been disclosed where Victoria will be appearing next on television – and she’ll be collaborating with stars from Loose Women and Strictly Come Dancing.

The BBC star hosts the complicated quiz show and is now set to feature on something new. 

It has been confirmed that Victoria will be a guest host of Have I Got News For You. 

She will appear on the popular show on Friday, May 23.

Joining Victoria on the panel will be comedian Chris McCausland and radio/TV host Janet Street-Porter.

Janet frequently appears on the talk show Loose Women, which airs on ITV, and she has made an impressive 17 appearances on the comedy series Have I Got News For You.

Victoria has hosted Only Connect since 2008 and is known for her sharp wit. 

In 2008, the BBC premiered a program that features a competition where teams search for links between clues that initially appear unconnected.

It has so far seen over 500 episodes spanning across 20 series.
