David appears to be eager to reconcile with his son Brooklyn, as he worries that past mistakes might be recurring, given his previous strained relationship with his father, Ted, which deteriorated significantly in 2005.

Recently, David expanded the scope of his post for Mother’s Day in the U.S., acknowledging Brooklyn as part of it. This was in honor of Victoria, the mother of his kids.
