Victoria Beckham confidently posed for a striking cover shoot for ELLE’s October 2025 issue, and opened up about her personal life in a revealing interview to promote her upcoming show.
The 51-year-old designer is opening up her life to cameras for a new Netflix show, following the popularity of her husband David’s recent documentary series.
The three-part series, simply called *Victoria Beckham*, offers an inside look at the life of the former Spice Girl, her family, and inner circle.
Despite being upset about her strained relationship with her son Brooklyn, Victoria has chosen to include him in her show, putting her personal feelings aside.
Victoria shared with Elle that family always comes first for her, adding that her family is actually quite traditional, perhaps more so than people might expect.
You know, when people ask about my kids being at my Fashion Week shows, it really warms my heart. It’s just what we do as a family – we’re always there for each other, no matter what. I’ve always made it my priority to be the best mom and wife I possibly can, and seeing them support me means the world.

As a longtime admirer of Victoria and David, I’ve always been impressed by how they prioritize their children. Victoria has shared that it was really important to her and David that their kids – Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper – saw them both pursuing their passions and building careers. She wanted to instill a strong work ethic in them by leading by example, and showing them the value of dedication and pursuing your own path.
Thinking back to her Paris Fashion Week show in March, she recalled a particularly touching moment: seeing her children and David backstage. Immediately after taking her final bow, they came to congratulate her, and the pride on their faces was incredibly moving – a moment she’ll never forget.
Victoria Beckham not only designs her own clothing line but also has a beauty line. She’s said that makeup is important to her, as she dealt with acne growing up.
She admitted that growing up, she was extremely insecure about her skin and avoided making eye contact with others. This really damaged her self-esteem and sometimes made her feel quite down.
Victoria’s documentary will give viewers an inside look at her life, from her days as a Spice Girl to building her thriving fashion and beauty business.
She wants people to see the real her, beyond the public image and all the rumors and attention that come with it.
She reflected on how public her life has been, saying it’s been quite a ride. She explained that being a celebrity and the face of a brand has both advantages and disadvantages.
Oh my gosh, can you believe she almost didn’t DO the show?! I was absolutely floored when I heard that. Apparently, it was David-sweet, amazing David-who finally talked her into it. I mean, I can’t even imagine my life without this show, and it almost didn’t happen! He totally saved the day, honestly. I owe him everything!

She admitted she was surprised by the amount of interest, saying she didn’t understand why people were so fascinated. She enjoys her work, but the attention was unexpected.
I’ve genuinely enjoyed the whole experience. I especially appreciate the chance to showcase how important and complex our industry really is.
The first look at her new Netflix show dropped this week, and Victoria playfully admitted she sometimes seems like a bit of a downer.
The piece also included interviews with her friends, designer Tom Ford and actress Eva Longoria, and briefly showed her oldest son, Brooklyn, despite ongoing family drama.
After news surfaced that Brooklyn would be appearing on the show, Victoria seemingly made a gesture of reconciliation towards her son by briefly including a childhood photo of him.
The trailer opened with Victoria addressing the public perception of her, saying, ‘People often saw me as unhappy and unfriendly, but I actually smile! It might surprise you.’
While watching old Spice Girls videos, she emphasized that she’s remained true to her roots and shared that she’s always longed for acceptance, even as a child.
The trailer briefly showed her shift from singing to designing clothes, and another designer, Tom, admitted that many people initially doubted her ability to succeed.

Desperate Housewives star Eva then revealed ‘everyone was warning her, “you will not be accepted”‘.
The documentary will reveal the challenges Victoria faced with her fashion brand, Victoria Beckham. She remembers the business losing ‘millions of pounds,’ and David admitted the debt caused him significant worry.
Victoria emphasizes that her family comes first, explaining she simply wants her children and David to be proud of her.
The trailer concluded with David reassuring his wife, telling her he’d be proud of her even if she just made a simple cheese and ham toastie. Victoria jokingly replied that she wasn’t even very good at making a cheese sandwich.
Even though the fashion designer hasn’t spoken to Brooklyn since May, she’s decided not to remove his appearances in the documentary about her growing business.
People involved with the project say the upcoming film will feature a scene from Brooklyn’s September 2024 Paris Fashion Week show, where she helps remove water from the runway after a rainstorm.
Victoria is requesting help from her team and family to quickly clean the runway. Her children will all be participating in the show.
According to a source, the show will focus on Victoria’s fashion and beauty business, including the Paris show where her son, Brooklyn, played a role. They’ve confirmed that Brooklyn will definitely appear in the series.

Brooklyn Beckham, husband of Nicola Peltz, will appear in the docuseries alongside his younger brothers, Romeo and Cruz.
The actors will appear in scenes related to the world of fashion. One scene reportedly shows Cruz getting measured for a suit before one of his mother’s fashion shows.
Victoria’s new documentary offers an inside look at her fashion brand and her journey as she gets ready for Paris Fashion Week.
The show will reveal the story of her life, from when she first became a Spice Girl to building a thriving fashion and beauty business.
David Beckham, the famous England football player who married Victoria in 1999, had a very popular Netflix documentary about his life last year, and Victoria appeared in it.
David recently shared that it took some convincing to get the subject of her new documentary on board, but praised her as incredibly dedicated and intelligent, adding that everyone should see this side of her.
David discussed the new Netflix show on Today with Savannah Guthrie and Craig Melvin, sharing details for the first time.
It was difficult to convince her, but I truly believe she was the best part of everything I did.
I saw this as a perfect chance to acknowledge her contributions. She’s dedicated the last 18 years to building our brand, and she’s an incredibly diligent worker – something most people don’t get to witness.
I encouraged her to share a behind-the-scenes look at her work and business. She’s incredibly talented and dedicated, and I think it’s important for people to recognize that.

In his Emmy-winning documentary, David shared the story behind his famous dance with Dolly Parton to ‘Islands In The Stream,’ explaining it wasn’t planned and his kids found it mortifying.
He explained that the idea came to him spontaneously. They’d been inside the tent all day, and he suddenly realized it would be fun if his parents danced, even though he knew his kids might be a little embarrassed.
It all happened so quickly, and we all reacted immediately. The kids seemed a little embarrassed, but in that moment, the song really connected with us. We just started dancing and, ultimately, it felt like it was just about us enjoying ourselves.
Victoria had viewers laughing during the documentary when David jokingly questioned her statement about growing up in a working-class family.
David, surprised, asked Victoria to tell the truth. She insisted she was being honest. He then kept pressing her to remember what kind of car her father used to drive her to school.
Finally, the Spice Girl agreed and revealed, ‘Alright, my dad owned a Rolls-Royce back in the 80s.’ David simply said ‘Thank you,’ then left, closing the door behind him – he had gotten the information he needed.

Victoria shared in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar that the moment happened naturally. She explained that David was watching on a monitor in another room and simply poked his head in the doorway.
‘It was not rehearsed. Like the dancing in the tent. None of it was rehearsed.’
Victoria Beckham quickly released a £110 T-shirt with the phrase ‘My Dad Had A Rolls Royce’ as part of her clothing line.
The couple also spoofed the scene in a Super Bowl advert for Uber Eats.
When it premiered almost two years ago, the Netflix documentary about David Beckham quickly became the most popular show on the platform, attracting 11.6 million viewers worldwide, according to Netflix’s data.
Victoria Beckham will be released on Netflix on October 9.
