Hello there, fellow Traveler! As a seasoned Proxy hailing from the realm of Teyvat, I can hardly contain my excitement for this upcoming Version 1.3 update! The pre-download period is upon us, and I’m eagerly preparing my devices for the impending influx of data.

Dear Proxy,

Version 1.3 is now available for pre-download. Proxies can follow the instructions below to download part of the files in advance. This will allow you to access the game faster once the update maintenance ends.

2024/11/04 12:00 (UTC+8) – 2024/11/06 5:50 (UTC+8)

[Pre-Download Details]

● PC

The pre-download file is about 7 GB.

● Mobile (Android and iOS)

The pre-download file is about 3 GB.

Because the download is quite big, make sure there’s enough storage room on your device before starting, and consider downloading the files while connected to Wi-Fi for a faster and more efficient transfer.

※ The Voice Pack(s) installed on the client will affect the space required for the pre-download.

[How to Pre-Download]

● PC

As a gamer, I’d say: Fire up the HoYoPlay Launcher, and you’ll spot an “Pre-Install” tag nestled beside the “Play Now” button. Give it a click, and let it roll as the game starts downloading!

※ PC users can continue playing the game during the pre-download.

● Mobile (Android and iOS)

Click on the game to launch it, then find the “Pre-Download Resources” button located at the bottom right corner of your screen to initiate the download process.

※ If you’re using a mobile device, you won’t be able to play the game while it’s being downloaded ahead of time. Make sure to schedule your pre-download time thoughtfully.

Additionally, the development team plans to carry out system maintenance on the latest game version. Consequently, during this period, you won’t be able to access the game. Keep an eye out for updates regarding the game upgrade.

2024/11/06 06:00 (UTC+8): We estimate this will take five hours.

Keep an eye out for information about enhancements like fresh gameplay features, performance improvements, bug squashing, and potential rewards in upcoming version updates.

[Version Update Compensation]

Server Update Compensation: Polychrome ×300

Eligibility for Server Update Compensation: Players who advance to Inter-Knot Level 4 prior to November 6, 2024, at 6:00 AM (UTC+8) are eligible.

After the server update is finished, you’ll receive your compensation through an in-game email. Remember to claim it before the end of version 1.3.

[How to Update]

After the update maintenance begins, Proxies can use the in-game guidelines to perform the software update on their games.

● PC

Exit the game, restart, then select update.

● Android

After entering the game, follow the in-game pop-up instructions to complete the update.

● iOS

Go to App Store and select update.

● PS5™

Navigate to the PS5’s main screen, then select Zenless Zone Zero. Once selected, press and hold the Options button on your controller, and then verify if there are any updates available.
