This team featuring Song “FengF” Xuefeng, Ho “HeiB” Shun-hei, Lu “Kai” Zhinan, Zhang “LuoK1ng” Zhanpeng, and IGL Zhong “Biank” Jianfei will make a bigger appearance on the international stage this year, having secured their spot at the inaugural VALORANT international event.

Because Trace Esports participated in the VALORANT Champions 2024 tournament last year, they were placed in Pool 1 for the Kickoff Draw, exempting them from an initial round. Consequently, their competition started from the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals. From there, they overcame opponents Dragon Ranger and EDward Gaming.
* In this matchup, Team E swept past two opponents, securing a spot in the Upper Bracket Final. Facing off against Bilibili Gaming there, the teams initially battled it out on the map of Bind, which was selected by Team E.
In the initial phase, it was a tie at 6-6 among the teams. However, Trace managed a remarkable seven consecutive victories in the second half. Ultimately, Kai’s performance on Vyse and FengF’s play on Raze propelled their team to win the map, finishing with a score of 13-8.
In the following map, Haven was the location, and the initial phase was a 6-6 tie. But in this round, Bilibili Gaming emerged victorious during the second half, marking the first map defeat for Trace Esports in the competition.
The decisive match took place on Lotus. In the initial phase, Trace had an overwhelming lead of 8-4. FengF and their team swiftly wrapped it up during the second half, allowing Bilibili just two rounds before securing a spot for themselves as the first qualified team for Bangkok Masters 2025. This victory also secured them a place in the VCT 2025: China Kickoff Grand Final.
In a recent tournament, FengF was named the MVP for his exceptional performance in the series. Following their defeat, Bilibili Gaming now faces off against EDward Gaming in the Lower Bracket Final. The winning team from this battle will move on to Masters Bangkok, securing VCT China’s second spot and advancing to the Grand Final against Trace Esports.
