Vanessa Kirby debuts hair transformation as she films dramatic scenes for new thriller

While Vanessa Kirby is usually seen with blonde hair, she’s currently working with a darker look. Recent photos from the set show she’s now sporting brown hair.

Actor Julian Dennison, known for his role in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, is currently working on a new sci-fi thriller called Liminal. He’s filming alongside Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who starred in Wonder Man, and the project is being directed by Louis Letterier, famous for The Incredible Hulk.

Filming began this month in New York for the project first revealed in March. Photos from the set show John Boyega with a gun and in a dark jumpsuit, while Yahya Abdul-Mateen II was seen in more everyday clothes and stylish sunglasses.

This movie is adapted from the graphic novel Telepaths, created by J Michael Straczynski – the renowned writer behind Babylon 5 and famous for his work with Marvel and DC Comics. The story takes place in a world where one in ten people develop psychic abilities.

So, the story’s about these cops who suddenly get the power to read minds. It’s pretty cool, but it also throws everyone into chaos because a lot of people are terrified of being exposed – like they’re going to be targeted if anyone finds out what they’re thinking. It’s a really tense setup, honestly, and makes for a gripping experience.

What to Read Next

Illustrated by Steve Epting and colored by Brian Reber, this six-issue mini-series was released between 2021 and 2022. While it didn’t gain widespread recognition, it was well-received by those who read it.

So, the script for this movie is actually by Justin Rhodes, who wrote Terminator: Dark Fate – pretty cool! And Apple is backing the whole thing, which is a huge vote of confidence. I’m excited to see what they do with it!

Later this year, in December’s Avengers: Doomsday, Kirby will reprise her role as Sue Storm in a feature film.

She’s expected to play a major role in the movie, especially since the post-credits scene of Fantastic Four: Four Steps introduced Doctor Doom, who appeared to meet Sue’s incredibly powerful baby, Franklin.
