It seemed like love was all around on the evening when Vanessa Feltz attended a dinner date at the high-end Essex eatery, Sheesh, during the month of March.
Still bruised following a painful split from ex-fiancé Ben Ofoedu little more than a year earlier, Feltz was in the company of another younger man, this one recognised more for his looks tham his name.
As a lifestyle aficionado, I must share an intriguing sighting: I recently encountered a well-recognized television figure, aged 62, gracing the public sphere with his presence. Accompanying him was none other than Stefan-Pierre Tomlin, famously known to many as the most sought-after individual on Tinder.
At 33 years old, there seemed to be potential for an age-gap relationship with someone 29 years younger than Feltz, but the presenter confessed that they shared very few similarities with the handsome Frenchman.
Though she enjoyed sharing several dinners with Tomlin, Feltz made it clear to The Times that what she truly yearns for is a companion she can share The Sunday Times and social outings with, stating, “Let’s check this out together. Do you think we should go?” She openly expressed her belief in love and her desire to find it with someone special, admitting that she dislikes being alone.
After a well-known split with Ofoedu, a former member of the early 2000s garage band Phats & Small, Feltz is gradually testing the waters in the dating scene with caution.
After allegations surfaced that Ofoedu had been unfaithful, the presenter decided to end their 17-year romantic partnership, as he is a decade younger than her.
Her pursuit for a long-term relationship led to a stint on Celebs Go Dating that didn’t pan out, but she remains undeterred and eager to keep trying her luck in love.
She expressed her dislike, clearly, but went on to say that once she finds someone she enjoys being with, she won’t feel that way anymore. For now, she’s treating it like a game of numbers and can’t bring herself to use dating apps because she fears unwanted attention might lead to headlines in the newspaper.
Additionally, Feltz acknowledges that the introduction of the dietary medication Ozempic has left her with feelings of remorse about undergoing gastric band surgery in 2010 and subsequent gastric bypass surgery eight years later, a surgical procedure designed to permanently reduce appetite.
‘If I’d known it was going to be invented, obviously I would not have had the surgery,’ she said.
I would happily and enthusiastically administer it into my thigh for as long as necessary, and I’d find great joy in this task.
Regrettably, I got ahead of the curve on this, which is truly disappointing. It’s simply outstanding. Many individuals who were once overweight and have since lost weight seem to be embracing it, regardless of their claims.
For every individual, it’s unknown how their long-term health may be impacted, but who’s worrying about that? At least you maintain a slender figure.
Last Thursday, during the 1000th West End performance of Back to the Future, the presenter found himself potentially encountering Ofoedu in an unexpected manner, as he attended the event with his new companion, Precious Muir, who is 33 years old.
Later on, Precious shared with TopMob about her connection with the ex-singer: “Absolutely, we enjoy each other’s company.
