As a longtime fan of “Vanderpump Rules” and someone who has watched James Kennedy’s rollercoaster ride through reality TV for years, I have to say, this latest turn of events is as shocking as Stassi Schroeder’s sudden departure or Lala Kent’s transformation into a businesswoman. It seems that the glamour and glitz of Hollywood’s elite parties can’t shield our beloved Kennedy from the harsh realities of life outside the SUR restaurant walls.

James Kennedy has been arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. 

It has been reported by DailyMail.com that Kennedy was taken into custody for an incident related to domestic violence, following his attendance at Kathy Hilton’s holiday party with girlfriend Ally Lewber on the 23rd of December.

According to TMZ, Kennedy found themselves in a situation where they were apprehended by Burbank authorities following a report of a dispute between them and a lady.

According to TMZ, a witness alleges they observed an argument between Kennedy and a woman, and it’s reported that the reality star may have even physically grabbed the female at some point.

Offices say they did not see any visible injuries on the woman. 

After investigating the situation, the officials concluded that it was a case of domestic violence, leading to Kennedy’s arrest on charges related to misdemeanor domestic violence.

He was released after paying a $20k bail. The Burbank City Attorney’s Office is now looking into the case for potential charges.
