VALORANT retired player Sacy joins MIBR as a content creator

In September 2024, upon his retirement, Sacy joined MIBR as a content creator, and from now on, he’ll be streaming the major tournaments for MIBR.

In 2024, Gustavo “Sacy” Rossi decided to hang up his professional VALORANT boots. Throughout his career, he represented teams such as RED Canids, Team Vikings, LOUD, and Sentinels. With LOUD in 2022, he clinched a world title. Now, he’s joining Made in Brazil (MIBR) as a content creator.

Sacy x MIBR

Bringing on Sacy to MIBR was a significant step for our organization, as he’s renowned as one of the top Brazilian VALORANT players globally and carries a substantial reputation in the gaming world. This move means that Sacy will now grace the MIBR watch parties during VCT Americas, Game Changers, and VALORANT Challengers Brazil events.

On March 18, Sacy kicked off his initial live streaming session while donning an MIBR jersey and adopting a fresh tag name. It’s important to note that he is not coming back as a pro-gamer, but rather as a content creator and brand representative for the gaming industry.

Aspas and Sacy reunited

Among the globally renowned gamers, there’s Erick “aspas” Santos from Brazil. At present, he plays for MIBR and has recently commented on platform X regarding the signing of Sacy, a teammate he had when they both were part of LOUD and clinched the world championship together. In a message translated from Portuguese, aspas expressed, “Welcome back! It’s fantastic to be with you once more, my fellow champion Sacy.

Zekken, formerly of Sentinels with Sacy, extended congratulations to Sacy on his recent career milestone. Excitedly, Sacy announced his new role within MIBR, expressing eagerness to stream for the organization. Unsurprisingly, Brazilian fans flooded social media with emotional messages, voicing their joy and anticipation as they watched Sacy don the blue and white colors.
