At long last, after countless appeals from the gaming community, I’m thrilled to share that VALORANT is incorporating a replay system! Starting September 16th, this new feature will offer free camera control, perspective point of view options, and cover the core game modes. Unfortunately, custom games aren’t part of the package at this time.
Following a wait of five years, players can now enjoy a replay system in VALORANT, allowing them to re-experience their triumphs and possibly identify areas for improvement. This new feature will debut with a complimentary camera mode, speed adjustments, and support across various game modes.
YouTube personality Kanga had a chance to try out the new system due to early access from Riot Games, and they showed off its features. This innovative feature is set to become available on September 16 for PC users. As one user put it, starting from that date, you’ll be able to adopt a third-person perspective, essentially giving yourself a “third-person makeover.
VALORANT Replay System
The “replay” function may not be revolutionary, but it addresses a much-desired need among players, particularly those focused on personal improvement or seeking reassurance that their premature demise was due to skill rather than luck.
In VALORANT, replays are saved only within the span of each individual game patch, which usually persists for approximately two weeks. Once a fresh patch is released, the saved replays from previous versions will become inaccessible, ceasing to exist.
Upon starting, you’ll have the opportunity to watch back VALORANT match replays that you personally took part in, which are all displayed in your Career tab. And
In simpler terms, the forthcoming spectator feature for VALORANT offers adjustable speed settings, allowing you to slow down or speed up the gameplay action. The options range from a slow-motion setting at 0.1x speed, to an eight times faster view.
Game Modes
VALORANT Replays will be available in the following Game Modes:
- Competitive
- Unrated
- Swiftplay
- Premier
Be aware that the replay feature will not work in custom lobbies.

When does the VALORANT Replay System release?
Starting from September 16th, with the release of Patch 11.06, replay functionality for VALORANT on PC becomes available. The console version is scheduled to launch in November, except for China where it will be accessible a month earlier, starting October.
In the near future, you’ll have an opportunity to compile memorable highlights from your outstanding VALORANT matches on the internet. Additionally, honing your skills with Omen could be particularly beneficial given his widespread popularity during Stage 2.
