Unforgotten actor confirmed as new Doctor Who guest star for “unforgettable” episode
Unforgotten‘s Charlie Condou has been confirmed to guest star in a new episode of Doctor Who.
The actor known for roles in both ‘Coronation Street’ and ‘Midsomer Murders’ will be part of the upcoming season, embarking on a thrilling new adventure; however, specifics about his character are currently being kept secret.
Condou expressed great excitement about becoming part of the Whoniverse, being a devoted fan for such a long time, and now having the opportunity to collaborate with the renowned Russell T Davies!

Showrunner Davies expressed: “Charlie, it’s great to have you here. Certain instances in Doctor Who are so grandiose that they require as much talent as possible, and that’s the moment we summon Charlie Condou!
I’m thrilled to finally collaborate with him, and I’m eagerly anticipating the moment when everyone gets to witness the raw intensity of this tale.
Apart from Ncuti Gatwa, the second season of The Doctor will welcome additional fresh faces. Actors like Kadiff Kirwan and Freddie Fox from Slow Horses, Rose Ayling-Ellis known for EastEnders, Alan Cumming who starred in The Traitors US, and presenter Rylan Clark are also joining the cast.
Next month marks the premiere of Season 15, featuring stories written by authors such as Davies and Juno Dawson. Additionally, we now have the episode titles to look forward to as well.
In the upcoming episodes, Dr. Gatwa’s traveling partner, Ruby Sunday (played by Millie Gibson), will reappear, and a fresh character, Belinda Chandra (portrayed by Varada Sethu), will join them aboard the TARDIS.
Among the familiar faces reappearing are Bonnie Langford as Mel Bush, Jemma Redgrave as the UNIT commander Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, and Anita Dobson as Mrs. Flood.
