Chaser Game Studio is letting players test their new 3D turn-based RPG, Ultraman: Warrior of Light, with an open beta starting January 29, 2026, in China. The game is officially licensed and includes Ultraman characters from the Tiga, New Generation, and Reiwa series.

Get ready to assemble your ultimate team of Ultraman and Monsters

Ultraman is making a big comeback with several new releases! Following titles like Ultraman Puzzle Shuwatch!! and Ultraman: Hero Beyond Time, we now have Ultraman: Warrior of Light, a 3D turn-based RPG. In this game, players can assemble their ultimate team of Ultraman heroes, each possessing distinct combat abilities, to defend Earth from monstrous threats.

As a huge Ultraman fan, I was blown away by how faithfully they recreated everything – every special move and even those iconic poses! I’m so excited to try them all out. And get this – they even included the awesome team-up moves from the original series! Imagine unleashing that blazing energy with Tiga in both Power and Tornado Type – it’s going to be incredible!

You can play as both Heroes and Monsters in this game! Switching to the Monster side unlocks new characters and lets you recruit iconic rivals like Zetton and Baltan to build your own powerful teams. The game is shaping up to be fantastic, featuring modes like Ultra Arena and Monster Graveyard, along with impressive graphics and plenty of collecting to do.
