Ulrika Jonsson recently shared photos of both her refreshed appearance and a stunning makeover of her home.
The 58-year-old presenter is going through a noticeable change, focusing on both improving her skin – she’s been working to repair years of sun damage – and renovating her home.
Ulrika shared a photo of her revamped TV room on Instagram, explaining that she worked with an interior designer to create a more stylish space.
The room boasted a large orange sofa adorned with tasseled cushions and a striking chandelier hung in the middle.
I’m incredibly proud of how we’ve transformed the old TV room. It used to be a very simple space where my son spent all his time playing video games – I never even went in there myself!
Once I realized I was going to stay in my lovely home, I decided to make it even more special.
She expressed immense gratitude to her wonderful friend, Leonie Bosher, for her collaboration, attentive listening, and helpful advice, adding that they’ve created a space everyone can enjoy together.
Ulrika recently showed off a new appearance, explaining that years of sun damage had led her to feel she’d lost hope for her skin.
The television personality admitted she wasn’t focusing on skincare to try and look younger, but rather to develop a healthier relationship with her skin.
I have to say, Ulrika looked absolutely amazing on Instagram last week! She shared some selfies showing off the results of a new beauty treatment, and her skin was just glowing. It really looked fantastic!
In her post, she explained that she’d stopped trying to improve her skin until recently. For years, she’d simply accepted the damage from sun exposure, not knowing there were solutions available.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve been really focusing on skincare lately, and I shared that I’ve been visiting a clinic for a series of treatments to help get my skin looking its best. It’s been a journey, but I’m already seeing some amazing results!
She explained that it wasn’t about trying to return to the past, but rather the beginning of a connection built on mutual support and sensible expectations.
Honestly, I love my laughter lines and wrinkles! They’re not something to hide, they’re proof of a life fully lived, you know? Every little crease tells a story, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything. They’re beautiful to me!
The woman with blonde hair said she knew it wouldn’t be an instant fix, and she’s been patient with her new skincare routine and healthier lifestyle choices.
She shared that she was absolutely delighted with her skin and loved seeing her reflection now.
Growing older is a natural part of life, and something to be grateful for. Ultimately, it’s up to each of us to decide how we want to experience the aging process.
The star has been undergoing several treatments lately. She recently shared that she was also recovering from a procedure to address varicose veins.
