UK’s Eurovision Triumph or Tattoo: Remember Monday’s Therapy Advice from Olly Alexander!

The British group set to compete in Eurovision, Remember Monday, has disclosed that they have enlisted the services of a therapist, following counsel from last year’s contestant, Olly Alexander.

This year, the trio consisting of Lauren Byrne, Charlotte Steele, and Holly-Anne Hull will perform as the United Kingdom’s representative in the upcoming event, singing their hit tune titled “What a Crazy Turn of Events?

In the 2023 final, others will aim to surpass Olly, as he unfortunately did not receive a single point from the public for his song Dizzy.

Earlier, someone asked for advice on the upcoming Eurovision contest. Olly responded by suggesting they find a reliable therapist.

In conversation with The Sun, Lauren disclosed that they’ve taken his advice seriously: “Absolutely. I believe everyone could benefit from therapy, and fortunately, we do.

The threesome mentioned that they are the first female group from the UK to represent since Precious back in 1999, and also expressed their sense of being well cared for.

On Monday, they made it clear that they wouldn’t allow online criticisms or the ratings from that evening to affect them.

As an artist, it’s important to understand that not everyone will admire everything you create. (Lauren)

Some individuals have a dislike for Taylor Swift. To me, it seems unusual, but it’s true that there are such people. After all, it’s impossible to please everyone, and that’s perfectly okay.

The three friends, hailing from Hampshire, have known each other since their days in high school. According to Hollie, their strong friendship serves as their unique strength or advantage.

Initially, they rose to fame following their appearance on The Voice UK in the year 2019. Additionally, they’ve pursued careers within theater as well.

In recent years, the UK hasn’t fared well in this upcoming competition that is set to take place in Basel, Switzerland.

If Monday’s outcome is similar to that of Olly, they’ve chosen to ink the initials of their song, WTHJH, on some visible part of each team member’s body as a sign of solidarity and commitment.

In a more optimistic outlook, they’ve chosen to fulfill their pledge if they manage to secure a position among the top five.

They stated on Instagram that if we manage to secure a rank among the top five, each member of our team must have the initials WTHJH permanently inked on their bodies.

As a relentless supporter, I refuse to accept ‘no’. Are you with me on this epic journey? A resounding yes, please! This endeavor is unfolding, it’s in motion. It must succeed, or if we end up at the bottom, still scoreless, that too would be a symbol worth immortalizing.

The band made it clear that they were competing in Eurovision when they appeared as guests on The Scott Mills Morning Program, both on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds.

After much anticipation, I’m thrilled to announce: A contestant isn’t officially a Eurovision contender until I deem them so. I can’t wait to cheer on the outstanding representative of our nation, knowing that you’ll be equally smitten with their talent and charm. They are not just brilliant, but also genuinely kind-hearted individuals.

Currently available is a lively pop tune penned jointly by Billen Ted (Tom Hollings and Sam Brennan), Thomas Stengaard, and Julie ‘Kill J’ Aagaard. It’s brimming with enthusiasm, suspense, and theatrics.

The young ladies seem poised for success, as the BRIT Award-nominated duo Billen Ted has collaborated with acts like Little Mix, Anne Marie, MNEK, and Armin van Buuren – just to mention a few.
