Tyson and Paris Fury’s daughter, Venezuela, has announced she’s getting married to her fiancé, Noah Price, and they’re aiming for a wedding as soon as May.
People were surprised in October when the Fury family posted a video of Venezuela saying yes to a proposal at her lavish 16th birthday celebration.
During a recent Instagram Q&A, the young woman discussed her wedding plans, expressing her desire to get married as soon as possible.
Someone asked when the wedding was planned, and the future bride said she’s aiming for May or June, but hasn’t finalized the date yet.
When someone asked if she planned to move out of her family home before the wedding, Venezuela replied that she would continue living with her parents until she got married.
Despite her daughter Venezuela‘s engagement, 36-year-old Paris maintained to the Daily Mail that Venezuela will always be her little girl.
Paris and Tyson have seven children: Venezuela, Prince John James (13), Prince Tyson II (9), Valencia (7), Prince Adonis Amaziah (6), Athena (4), and Prince Rico (2).
This news follows Venezuela’s recent statement that she hasn’t met her fiancé Noah’s family yet, even though they are engaged.
She said they won’t start planning the wedding until she’s met Noah’s parents in person.
I haven’t had the chance to meet his family yet, and I’m really excited to do so. He lives about a few hours from me and has a busy work week, so we mostly spend time together on weekends.
‘We haven’t discussed where we are going to live after we are married yet.’
Opening up about the shock proposal, Venezuela added to The Sun that she was ‘very shocked’.
Honestly, finding out was just… shocking! I wasn’t really crying or anything, I was just completely stunned. And I was SO nervous, because suddenly it felt like everyone was looking at me! It was overwhelming, in the best way, of course. I just couldn’t believe it was happening, and all I could think about was everyone watching and waiting to see my reaction.
It was an incredibly special moment, honestly one of the happiest of my life. Honestly, I would have been thrilled if he’d proposed anywhere at all. I wasn’t looking for a grand gesture, but I’m just so happy that he did.
Noah sought Tyson’s permission before proposing to his girlfriend, Venezuela. Noah’s age isn’t known.
She said how Noah was ‘having palpitations about doing it’ but the conversation went well.
Venezuela added that her dad ‘wouldn’t interfere’ and he’s ‘very happy for us.’
Paris recently spoke out to support her daughter’s engagement after being asked about it on the show, This Morning.
I was chatting with Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard recently, and they were curious about how I felt about getting my oldest child involved in wedding planning. They wondered if it was happening a little too soon, and we had a really open conversation about balancing excitement with what’s age-appropriate.
Paris explained that her daughter simply followed her example by getting engaged to boxer Tyson, 37, at the young age of 17.
Responding to concerns from fans, Paris defended Venezuela, saying, ‘She’s very young, but we’re not worried at all. She’s remarkably mature for her age.’
It’s undeniable that she’s accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. Her character, combined with the fact that she helped raise her six younger siblings, has clearly played a huge role in her success.
She’s shown a lot of maturity, and over the past year while I’ve been working with Venezuela, she’s been actively involved in photoshoots, interviews, and managing social media.
I presented her with every opportunity, and she’s made her choice, which I respect. I got engaged at 17 myself, so it feels like she’s following a similar path, and I wouldn’t dream of criticizing her.
Even though she’s still young, I believe she’s met the person she wants to spend her life with, and I’ll always be there for her if it makes her happy.
