Tulisa Contostavlos puts on a very busty display in a black bikini as she shares a glimpse at her lavish holiday in Thailand

On Sunday, Tulisa Contostavlos showcased a rather voluptuous style in a sleek black swimsuit, offering a peek at her luxurious vacation through an Instagram post.

Over the past week, the celebrity from “I’m A Celebrity” who is 36 years old, has been enjoying herself in Thailand along with her friends.

While enjoying the sun in Asia, the member of N-Dubz, returning home on Saturday evening, posed with a sultry expression and posted a video of herself wearing a black bralette and coordinating gym pants.

Displaying her well-defined midriff and a glittery navel ring, Tulisa accessorized with silver earrings that complemented the jewelry piece on her stomach.

For her holiday clip, the songstress slicked her long raven locks into a thick high ponytail.

Alongside her post, she penned: ‘Thailand #staysassy #happysunday’

After the star shared further details about her experience on I’m A Celebrity, she confessed that she took on the role of a protester within the camp and even foresaw her own departure from the show.

The celebrity from N-Dubz was the third to leave the jungle as a result of receiving the fewest votes from the public, promptly departing for the United Kingdom after this, leaving Australia behind.

Since then, it’s been disclosed that her immediate return home was due to intense anxiety triggered by the constant presence of cameras and feeling overpowered by it all.

This week, Tulisa appeared on GK Barry’s podcast and provided additional insights into her jungle experience. She confessed having some disagreements with ITV and expressed the belief that her reserved personality might have led to her elimination by viewers.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share my thoughts on the dynamic unfolding within our beloved camp. It seems Tulisa has stepped up as our unspoken advocate, tirelessly voicing concerns about the conditions to the powers that be, acting as our persistent petitioner, if you will.

It came to light that the previous X Factor judge had criticized ITV in response to the credit card twist incident, where famous personalities were required to spend money for accessing water or using restrooms.

In the jungle, Tulisa shared that she experienced severe menstrual pains because of her endometriosis. On the other hand, GK acknowledged, “The jungle during my period isn’t a laughing matter.

Later on, Tulisa remembered voicing her concern that the amount spent by each individual on the restroom was being captured for broadcast.

At the close of each day, the number of my bathroom visits seemed to be under scrutiny. Frankly, it left me less than thrilled.

ITV was handling the situation poorly in my opinion. I exclaimed, ‘This isn’t acceptable; private moments like mine should not be broadcasted nationally on television. You need to make changes immediately!’

Then I said, “GK is menstruating, she shouldn’t be asked to use the bathroom for changing her tampon as that’s an unfair ‘tampon tax.’ It’s unjustifiable! The very next day, it was no longer there.

She confessed that she too became upset about the living conditions that both Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles faced upon their arrival late, as they were initially provided only with essentials, lacking even a fire or bed.

To be totally honest, I’ve got this little secret up my sleeve – or rather, nestled deep in the woods where no one else seems to find it. You see, while the rest of us were roughing it out at our regular camp, Maura and Rev Richard had a hidden oasis all to themselves. It was a lavish retreat complete with a grand double bed and a luxurious bathtub that I could only dream about!

Tulisa awkwardly admitted that she had gotten angry with ITV before everyone else realized the truth. She explained, “Seeing Maura shivering as if she had hypothermia made me say this isn’t right! You can’t leave them in such a state, we aren’t detainees here!

In simpler terms, ‘I was the one leading the protests, advocating for camp rights. Since many were afraid to speak up, I voiced their concerns. As a result, there were a few heated exchanges along the way.’

In her own words, GK confessed that she was taken aback when Tulisa got eliminated. However, she clarified that she had anticipated this outcome because she noticed she was receiving fewer opportunities on-air.

She mentioned: ‘Many individuals might not realize this, but here’s an interesting fact: The more times you’re summoned to the Bushtucker Telegraph or the more questions asked of you during the show, it indicates the amount of airtime you’re receiving. This is because you’re essentially providing commentary on what’s being broadcast.’

As the date approached, I received fewer calls from the BT, and there were less questions posed to me. This left me with a moment of realization, “Ah.

She mentioned: ‘However, I was simultaneously slipping into my more reserved self as well. By then, I was becoming overloaded and not deeply involved in the camp activities to begin with.’

‘So in my mind I was like I might end up going because I knew I wasn’t getting much airtime.’

In a previous conversation, I shared my personal challenges with the relentless scrutiny of always being in the public eye, stating: ‘At first, the idea of being under constant surveillance, in front of countless cameras, and back on prime-time television around the clock filled me with immense dread. It sent me spiraling into an overwhelming state of anxiety.’

She commented: ‘I have periods where I’m quite outgoing, but then I’ll retreat and won’t interact with anyone for a week. At times, it felt like too much, and my more reserved side began to feel overwhelmed.’

Tulisa confessed that participating in the show made her question if fame was truly for her, and she assertively claimed she had the ability to depart from Australia ahead of schedule and miss the finale along with her fellow campmates.

She expressed: “Apologies, but given my recent experiences, I have a sort of get-out-of-jail-free card. I don’t necessarily require the limelight; what I truly want is to return home and find solace beneath a protective rock.

Over the past few days, you could sense that something was overwhelming me. I usually need solitude to sort out my thoughts, and on this particular occasion, when I was by myself with a glass of wine, I found myself unable to hold back tears.

Then I felt a sense of pride at having accomplished it, but realized I may have overextended myself prematurely.

Reflecting on my plan to return in front of the camera tomorrow, an overwhelming feeling of anxiety set in – I began to breathe too quickly. To divert my attention, I turned to social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, only to be confronted with reminders of myself, which made me think, “I can’t handle this.

In simple terms, the situation was overwhelming, as I was already dealing with being under constant surveillance on top of that. However, taking this step was particularly challenging for me since I had recently overcome agoraphobia.

Tulisa confessed, “I went back home and spent four days gazing at the wall without uttering a word. I also watched The Lord of The Rings trilogy in its entirety, avoiding any interaction with others. It seemed that I needed to regroup myself. Reflecting on the show, I think it might have led me to understand that this may not be the right path for me.

Tulisa quickly left Australia soon after being eliminated from the jungle on the ITV program, erasing any evidence of her participation on the show from her Instagram account.

Later on, she used her Instagram platform to clarify the rumors surrounding her unexpected exit, stating that she was simply overwhelmed by the entire situation.
