Tulisa breaks her silence as she reveals the REAL reason for her I’m A Celebrity absence after sparking mystery by ‘furiously deleting’ all her jungle social media posts
As a long-time fan of reality TV shows, I must say that this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has been nothing short of entertaining. The contestants’ struggles, their bonds, and the occasional drama keep me glued to my screen.
Tulisa has finally spoken out, explaining that she needs some time to think about her departure from I’m A Celebrity, following the removal of all her social media posts related to her jungle experience, causing a wave of curiosity among fans.
36-year-old Tulisa Contostavlos, known as The N-Dubz singer, was not present in I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked due to personal matters, and she also missed the gathering of exiled celebrities when Melvin Odoom left the show on Tuesday.
In an Instagram post, Tulisa shared a brief video to clarify a few points.
Just wanted to let you know, upon exiting the jungle, I initially felt great. Later on that same day, as night fell, my friends retired to their beds.
‘I was on my Instagram trying to have a nice little scroll at some funny stuff.
‘I received an abundance of positive feedback and it felt great, but given that it’s been some time since I last interacted extensively, I find myself feeling overloaded rather quickly.’
I’ve begun feeling swamped. It suddenly struck me that I could use some personal time to unwind and relax a bit.
Currently, everything seems a bit overwhelming. I think I’ll temporarily store all my jungle-related tasks for later.
After some time has passed for me to gather my thoughts, I intend to create my own compilation reels featuring my favorite moments.
Regarding speculations about Tulisa’s exit from I’m A Celebrity, a source has emphasized that there is no strained relationship between her and ITV. They further clarified that there’s nothing mysterious about the situation and it will be made clear in due time.
After the “I Need You” singer removed all her Instagram posts related to her jungle experience, following her noticeable shock at being the third contestant eliminated from the reality show.

In conversation about her admiration for dancer Oti, Tulisa remarked: “Oti is simply the most authentic and radiant person. It’s quite rare to encounter such sincerity and purity. I was deeply fond of her.
‘She is just pure to the bone and people like her are really hard to come across. Really special.’
Tulisa branded Alan one of her closest pals in jungle – amid rumours of a romance between the pair.
Speculation started as soon as Tulisa set foot in the jungle, with her making quite an entrance by parachuting from a helicopter and choosing Alan for the first task of the season.
This year on “I’m A Celebrity,” Melvin, a 44-year-old contestant, became the fourth individual eliminated after spending two weeks in the Australian jungle surviving mainly on rice and beans. However, he couldn’t gather enough public support to stay in the competition, and upon his departure, he was warmly welcomed by his sister, Toyah.
18 days into the camp, Melvin shared with hosts Ant and Dec: “I was prepared to leave. It’s been quite an unpredictable journey, filled with highs and lows. I have a deep affection for every individual there. You could bond with anyone, and they always had your support. There were a few days when I was withdrawn, but they made sure to check on me. Oti is like a sister to me, while Danny and Bazza are my buddies.
His top three to win the show were Barry McGuigan, Danny Jones and Oti Mabuse and asked people to vote for them.
As I embrace my dear sister on the bridge, I can’t help but inquire with a hint of worry, “How did it go for you? Everything alright?” To which she responds with a comforting smile, “Oh, you were fantastic! We adore you, everyone does.
On certain occasions, the weather was exceptionally rainy, yet I managed to acclimate myself to it. Spending time outdoors has a way of becoming routine, and I discovered this firsthand. To my astonishment, I found a nurturing side within myself that I wasn’t aware of before. My primary concern during the camping experience was ensuring everything was in good condition, which I now realize is indicative of my caring nature. Thus, I have gained new insights about myself through this experience.
In that place, Oti feels akin to the sister I hold dear. She stood by me unwaveringly, much like my beloved sibling does. Her presence brought a sense of familiarity and comfort, similar to my close-knit sister. She always managed to keep her spirits high and made me laugh, which reminds me greatly of my jovial sister.
Melvin brought up the topic of Dean not meeting expectations, and stated: ‘I won’t criticize him openly as he’s my friend, but he found that task unappealing and often preferred to engage in personal activities, such as taking a shower instead.’
