Brittany Mahomes, co-owner of Kansas City Current in the NWSL and a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, is said to have briefly shown support for former President Trump by liking and then unliking an August 13th Instagram post that promoted the Republican Party’s platform. Similarly, she interacted with a comment containing “TRUMP-VANCE 2024” on one of her own posts, as reported by TMZ.
It’s uncertain if the action he talked about in his previous post was indeed the “strong defense” that Trump referred to.
It appears that Trump subtly mentioned Patrick Mahomes, the three-time Super Bowl winner, but it’s not looking probable that he will support any presidential candidate in this election cycle.
In an interview with Time magazine in April, Mahomes expressed that he doesn’t intend to force anyone to support a specific presidential candidate. Instead, he encourages individuals to exercise their right to vote for whomever they trust, and he emphasizes the importance of conducting thorough research before making a decision.
Last year, when Swift began dating renowned tight end Travis Kelce from the Chiefs, she gained significant fame as one of their most recognized fans. Since then, it seems that she’s developed a strong bond with Brittany Mahomes, as they have been frequently spotted together at football matches and various social events.
Taylor Swift publicly supported President Biden during the 2020 elections, but as of now, she hasn’t announced any endorsement for Vice President Kamala Harris or the Democratic presidential nominee this year. Lately, former President Trump posted a misleading image on his social media platform Truth Social that implied Swift had endorsed him instead.
