Tron: Catalyst is an Isometric Story-Driven Action Game Coming in 2025
As a gamer with a keen eye for innovative gameplay and a heart that beats for nostalgic franchises, I can hardly contain my excitement for Disney Tron: Catalyst! Growing up with the original Tron and its sequel, I’ve been longing for a fresh take on this iconic universe. The announcement of this isometric action game, developed by Bithell Games, has sent shivers of anticipation down my spine.
Big Fan Games, a subsidiary of Devolver Digital, has unveiled Disney Tron: Catalyst – an action game with a narrative focus and isometric perspective, which is being developed by Bithell Games (known for John Wick Hex and The Solitaire Conspiracy). This game is slated to be released in the year 2025.
In the narrative of Arq Grid, the movie Tron: Catalyst presents a character named ‘Exo’, who is both robust and adaptable, capable of generating time loops. Utilizing this unique skill, Exo confronts the rulers of the decaying grid, all while outwitting a harmful CORE agent known as Conn.
In the role of Exo, you’ll need to grasp her skills and solve a mysterious ‘Glitch’ that endangers the Grid. Get ready for foot chases and Light Cycle races, along with rival factions and hidden truths buried within the Arq Grid.
2025 will see the arrival of Disney’s Tron: Catalyst on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and personal computers (PC).
