According to her death certificate, the actor died from a lack of oxygen, a condition often caused by problems with the heart or lungs. The Cleveland Clinic explains this happens when the blood doesn’t get enough oxygen.

Two years before she passed away, she was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, which causes scarring of the lungs.
