Trinny Woodall, 61, Flaunts Youthful Bikini Body During Spanish Family Vacation

On Sunday, Trinny Woodall displayed her timeless figure by posting a photo in a swimsuit, accompanied by two of her loved ones.

In my own words, I proudly stood there, glowing at 61, embodying elegance as I adopted a classic pin-up stance, showcasing my strapless azure swimsuit.

Trinny accessorized her sun-kissed skin by donning a bikini, completing the look with a sun hat and circular sunglasses featuring a transparent frame for a summery touch.

She captioned the picture ‘ladies in blue’ alongside family members Ingrid and Victoria Jacobson

In a subsequent Instagram update, the star disclosed that she had spent the past weekend in Spain, celebrating her half-sister Anne’s milestone 70th birthday party.

This past weekend, I had an enlightening experience connecting with relatives from various parts of the globe; it’s been quite some time since we’ve all gathered together.

Trinny then shared some  words about what family now means to her.

She noted: ‘Families are seldom simple – the key lesson I gleaned this weekend is the value of bonding, preserving recollections, releasing old baggage, and embracing the present.’

After her Spanish vacation, Trinny came back to London on a Monday to participate in the debut of Chelsea In Bloom. She chose a breathtakingly beautiful yellow sequin dress for this special event.

After discussing her challenges with maintaining a healthy weight, Trinny shared a new bikini photo, suggesting she finds it effortless to lose weight.

Additionally, she also posted on Instagram, revealing that she’s now prioritizing protein intake in her meals due to a recent weight loss of 4kg as a result of an illness.

She mentioned that she doesn’t often discuss weight, instead focusing on building strength and maintaining protein intake throughout life.

Today, I’ve consistently had a fast metabolism, which has kept me at a size often described by others as slim.

I dislike it when I lose weight, particularly following an illness, because it happens swiftly. What stands out to me is the transformation in my physical appearance.

Trinny pointed out that muscles require daily protein intake, as they help safeguard the bones by providing structure not only for the body but also contributing to one’s physical and mental fortitude.

‘It is harder as you get older to maintain muscle mass, but it is so important.’

So in a bid to keep her body looking its best, she has recently doubled her protein intake.

Trinny joked: ‘I don’t want to be in a bikini with a saggy a**e. I’m just going admit that one.

Above all, when I fall ill or lose weight, it leaves me feeling incredibly vulnerable and weak within. On the contrary, when I’m at my physical best, it instills an immense mental fortitude in me.

Consider if you’re consuming enough protein daily. It’s particularly important, especially during and after menopause, to consume protein amounts roughly twice your weight. This can sometimes be quite difficult.
