Transformers skins return to Overwatch 2 for a limited time

Overwatch 2 teamed up with Transformers last year, letting players transform into iconic characters like Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, and Arcee. The event included a special in-game experience with tons of rewards – like player icons, nameplates, and titles – themed around the Autobots and Decepticons. Now, that popular collaboration is returning for a limited time!

Transformers skins return to Overwatch 2

Overwatch 2 is bringing back popular Transformers skins, including Optimus Prime as Reinhardt, Megatron as Ramattra, Arcee as Illari, and Bumblebee as Bastion. From November 18th to December 2nd, players who missed out before will have another chance to get them. You can purchase the complete Transformers Mega Bundle for 5,900 in-game coins, or buy bundles for individual heroes for 2,500 coins each.

Overwatch 2 Transformers skins: Cost and requirements

You can also buy a single skin directly for 1,900 Overwatch Coins. To do this, go to the “Heroes” section in the main menu of Overwatch 2. Then, select Reinhardt, Ramattra, Illari, or Bastion and browse their available skins. Any skin you haven’t purchased yet will be listed for 1,900 Coins – that’s the usual price for a legendary skin.

Once you’ve bought a new skin, just click the “Equip” button to use it in your next game. You can also switch skins before a match starts, while you’re choosing your hero, but you’ll need to do it quickly!
