Traitors Star Hailed as Icon After John Lewis Ad Campaign

Actor Francesca Rowan-Plowden, best known for her role on “Traitors,” was recently announced as the new face of John Lewis‘s advertising campaign.

In the latest development, the interior designer, who was featured prominently during season three (which ended in January), has assumed a different position now.

Strolling boldly in London’s streets as shown in her Instagram post, she was breathtakingly stunning in a vibrant hot pink gown.

The outfit boasted extravagant, round, balloon-like sleeves reminiscent of a puffball, paired with a chic pussy bow collar. To complete the ensemble, Frankie added heels to her attire.

The title read: ‘MOTHER is now inside. Discover unique Mother’s Day presents at John Lewis.’

‘Had such fun ‘Mothering’ with John Lewis,’ Frankie added.

Fans hailed her an ‘icon’ and a ‘legend’ as they shared their thoughts in the comments section.

Translation: ‘She is a symbol, she is a historical figure, and she embodies the zeitgeist’; ‘Admire her and she radiates beauty’; ‘Amazing! I can’t help but be captivated by you, Frankie!!!’ (Informal)

In January, the penultimate episode of The Traitors saw the series’ most thrilling cliffhanger to date, as Francesca was granted the greatest power ever featured in the show.

At the end of the day’s task, Frankie earned the title of Seer, which granted him the privilege to select one player and unveil, beyond doubt, whether they were a Loyalist or a Deceiver.

Subsequently, Frankie picked Charlotte, primarily because she aimed to prove her loyalty as a Faithful one, although it was evident to the audience that she was actually a Deceiver.

Amongst the five participants left in the game, Charlotte was the last Traitor standing. If she managed to dodge exile, she would be the one to pocket the entire prize.

Claudia mentioned to Frankie, “Inviting this person might determine whether we win or lose the meeting.

‘Charlotte I could bring in as an affirmation of a faithful,’ Frankie said.

Alexander, I’m in a bit of a dilemma here. Should I trust someone I’m certain about, such as Charlotte, to form an alliance, or should I extend the invitation to you, given that you provided the coins? Which path do you advise?

‘My gut is that I need to clear up the people close to me.’

Ultimately, Frankie picked Charlotte, believing her to be trustworthy. However, the loyal individuals left found themselves questioning her selection, assuming that since Freddie had supported Charlotte during their meeting, Frankie might have harbored doubts about her.

Frankie expressed, “Deep within me, I truly wish she’s loyal because then it would give me peace knowing that someone is completely faithful, and it turns out to be the person I always suspected.

However, an anxious Charlotte admitted, ‘I’m swirling with thoughts. What’s my next move? I seem trapped in a corner. I appear to be the sole remaining betrayer, and it boils down to her word versus mine.’

Ultimately, Leanne Quigley and Jake Brown took home the £94,600 grand prize after an intense finale episode.

However, it was the two veterans, both aged 28 and serving as project managers, who displayed impressive strategy throughout the third season, ultimately outwitting the Traitors and securing their place in the final episode, leaving a lasting impression on viewers.

In an intense discussion that stood out among the rest, the Faithful finally expelled the last Villain of the series; Charlotte departed from the castle.

The four surviving contestants pondered if there might still be a hidden ultimate antagonist among them, as suspicions pointed particularly towards Alexander, leading to his subsequent elimination next.

However, the game didn’t conclude with just that; instead, the last three players opted for another banishment in a tense and prolonged finale, where they all cast their votes.

With a heart pounding like drums, I found myself rooting for the unshakeable trio – Frankie, Leanne, and Jake. But alas, in a twist of fate, Frankie made the tough call to oust Jake. Little did she know, this decision would come back to haunt her. The tables turned swiftly, as Leanne and Jake, fueled by determination, turned on Frankie. In the end, it was I who watched, stunned, as Frankie bid farewell to the castle, leaving Leanne and Jake standing victorious, their bond stronger than ever.
