For quite some time now, “Trailer Park Boys” has been my preferred television series whenever I’m feeling low. A few classic episodes of this show or recalling its most hilarious inside jokes usually help me forget my worries. Unfortunately, for several years now, we haven’t had any fresh escapades featuring Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles in Sunnyvale Trailer Park (in the original format). However, that situation is about to improve.
Within the next year, we’ll be returning to Sunnyvale just as if it were 2001 once more with Trailer Park Boys Season 13! Given my excitement, I feel like donning my “Mustard Tiger” tee and shouting “Bammm!” for everyone to hear. Here are some details about the comeback…
What Is The Trailer Park Boys Season 13 Premiere Date?

In August 2025, seemingly out of nowhere, the official Trailer Park Boys Instagram account announced that Trailer Park Boys Season 13 would premiere at some point in April 2026. Though no specific date was announced, there’s a certain “holiday” (cough, cough) on April 20, and I will be shocked if the 10-episode season doesn’t drop then. I mean, it makes perfect sense for this ongoing stoner comedy series.
For the upcoming seasons of Trailer Park Boys, instead of debuting on Netflix as previous seasons did, they will premiere on Trailer Park Boys+, a new streaming platform created by the series’ co-creators and stars John Paul Tremblay, Robb Wells, and Mike Smith. It remains unclear if all episodes will be released simultaneously, but given that the show is designed for binge-watching, it seems unlikely they’d release them differently.
Ricky, Julian, Bubbles, And Other Beloved (And Hated) Characters Are Coming Back To Sunnyvale

Enthusiasts eager to witness renowned characters such as Ricky, Julian, Bubbles, and others from the Trailer Park Boys series can look forward to a delightful surprise, as many familiar faces from the long-standing cast are set to reappear in the upcoming season 13. Not long after it was announced that the show would resume production, Deadline released information about all the returning (and fresh) actors who’ll be gracing Sunnyvale come April next year.
- Robb Wells as Ricky
 - John Paul Tremblay as Julian
 - Mike Smith as Bubbles
 - Patrick Roach as Randy
 - Cory Bowles as Cory
 - Jacob Rolfe as Jacob
 - Jeanna Harrison as Trinity

What Is Trailer Park Boys Season 13 About?

Despite news that Season 13 of “Trailer Park Boys” is imminent, there’s been no official word yet from Sunnyvale about what awaits Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles upon their return. However, having revisited every episode numerous times, I have a hunch as to how the story may unfold come next spring.
It’s quite possible that the boys, upon their release from jail, might revisit Sunnyvale in the first episode, only to discover chaos at their trailers or pot fields. They may concoct a bold plan to make a fortune by dealing drugs instead. Yet, they could be sidetracked by an enticing pizza (like pepperoni), leading to some sort of encounter with local police officers (or Cyrus and his gang). The episode might end with their eventual return to jail. But then again, the Trailer Park Boys team might surprise us all by taking the show in a new direction as it progresses.
Trailer Park Boys Will Celebrate Its 25th Anniversary In 2026

2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the “Trailer Park Boys” series, and it’s going to be returning for another season! It all began as a black-and-white movie created by Mike Clattenburg back in 1999, but later became a TV show on Showcase starting April 22, 2001. The show ran for seven seasons until it ended in June 2007, and now it’s coming back! This news has me feeling quite old…
At present, there’s no official news about what could be named the Silver Doobilee, which is a possible title for the Silver Jubilee event. However, it seems unlikely that the team won’t arrange some sort of tribute or special occasion to honor the enduring legacy of the show and pay homage to the late John F. Dunsworth, who played Jim Lahey until his passing in 2017. I’ll keep an eye out for any additional plans that the group may unveil in the future.
Production On Trailer Park Boys Season 13 Has Already Wrapped

Production for Season 13 of Trailer Park Boys has not only started but has already been completed. Back in August 2025, the show’s official Instagram account announced the new episodes, and they hinted that the 10-episode season had already finished filming, implying a trailer for the series could be released sooner than expected.
