Trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps gives us a look at Marvel’s first family

The initial sneak peek of The Fantastic Four: First Steps offers a glimpse into each member of the team, as well as the colossal figure of Galactus.

Once more, the Fantastic Four are gaining prominence. Marvel’s original clan has just entered the Marvel Rivals group, and now, fans worldwide have received the initial trailer for “The Fantastic Four: Taking Their First Steps.

In the trailer, we got a glimpse of all four team members in full swing. Let’s examine the scenes and assess how closely the characters mirror their comic book versions.

A look at the Fantastic Four through new trailer

As a gamer, I was hooked from the get-go by the trailer’s authentic portrayal of the 60’s era. There I was, gazing upon Pedro Pascal embodying Reed Richards and Vanessa Kirby as Susan Storm. Not long after, they unveiled Ben Grimm, who seemed to be having a rough time already, transforming into The Thing.

In the trailer, we catch a glimpse of H.E.R.B.I.E., the lovable and useful robot pal of the Fantastic Four. Following that, Joseph Quinn, recognized from Stranger Things, is seen leaping into action portraying Johnny Storm, more commonly known as the Human Torch.

In this rephrased version: The brief preview highlights each team member in action before concluding with an explosion. Over the skyline of New York, we catch a glimpse of Galactus’ ominous shadow. As the Devourer of Worlds looms over the Statue of Liberty, his head becomes visible from behind.

As we approach the premiere of the movie, anticipate additional information to unfold. This initial trailer for “First Steps: Fantastic Four” is merely a starting point; we’ll likely catch another glimpse of Galactus, revealing what the team plans to do to confront and thwart him.

2025 looks set to be an extraordinary year for comic book enthusiasts like me! Starting July 25th, I’ll be stepping into the theater to witness “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” – a highly-anticipated movie release. Notably, this comes only a few short weeks after James Gunn unveils his fresh take on DCU’s Superman! It’s going to be an exhilarating time for us fans who live for our heroes leaping off the pages and onto the silver screen.
