Tragic coincidence behind resurfaced Julian McMahon photo after his shock death

A photograph taken years ago featuring Julian McMahon alongside his Charmed colleague Shannen Doherty has reemerged following McMahon’s demise, revealing an unfortunate parallel in time.

Actor Julian, known for his roles in Nip/Tuck and FBI: Most Wanted, passed away recently at the age of 56, following a personal fight against cancer.

Meanwhile, Shannen lost her own battle with breast cancer last year. 

Both were in their 50s when they died in the month of July.

‘It’s remarkable that Shannen Doherty and Julian McMahon, who were stars on Charmed, passed away from cancer just about a year apart from each other. May they both find eternal peace.’

‘I cannot believe we lost these two in less than a year,’ another penned. 

It’s truly heartbreaking to lose such gifted, attractive, admired, and influential actors from the ’90s and 2000s at a premature age. Farewell, Julian McMahon and Shannen Doherty; may you find eternal peace.

Another fan poetically wrote: ‘Shannen and Julian fought the biggest demon of all … cancer.’

For a span of three years during the popular TV show from the early 2000s, both former Charmed cast members portrayed their roles: Shannen as Prue Halliwell and Julian as the character Cole Turner, who was part demon.

They also starred in 2001 thriller flick Another Day, where they played love interests.

That same year, the pair dated for a brief stint, however their romance was short-lived.

On Friday, it was sadly announced by Julian’s wife in a poignant declaration that the well-known Australian figure had lost his life following a hidden struggle with cancer.

‘From the depths of my heart, I want to inform everyone that my dear husband, Julian McMahon, passed away tranquilly this week, having fought courageously against cancer.’

Recently, it was Julian’s final known public outing when he stood beside Nicolas Cage at the SXSW event in Austin, Texas during March. At that time, he appeared thinner while promoting the psychological thriller titled “The Surfer.

In 2014, when he wedded Kelly, he articulated the affection Julian held towards his admirers and the people close to him, as well as the significance of acting in his life.

Julian had a profound affection for life itself. He cherished his family, valued his friendships, took pride in his work, and appreciated his supporters. His heartfelt aspiration was to infuse happiness into numerous lives he could reach.
