Tradwife Influencer Nara Smith’s Terrifying Snowbound Car Nightmare
Influencer Nara Smith shared that she experienced a terrifying auto accident while navigating a snow-covered highway in Connecticut.
23-year-old Nara, together with her husband Lucky Blue Smith, 26, and their trio of children – daughters Rumble Honey (4) and Whimsy Lou (9 months), as well as son Slim Easy (3) – shared their recent relocation experience on her Instagram Stories this week.
The TikTok star’s car ended up ‘sliding down a hill’ and ‘almost skidding off’ the road.
The model posted five pictures capturing her evening experience, and admitted that just remembering it left her feeling emotional.
Last night turned out quite adventurous! While I was on my way home, it suddenly began to snow. I tried to push through, but eventually, my car slipped on an icy hill, obstructing the road, and my wheels just spun without gaining traction.
She continued, “A really kind individual assisted me in driving my vehicle to the nearest parking area. It turned out this spot was right in front of an adorable French eatery.
Later on, she also offered a shared platter, expressing, “Turned out I had an incredible dinner and waited patiently for the snow clearers to arrive.
After having dinner Nara, undeterred, then made another attempt to drive her car.
About an hour before the restaurant closed, it seemed possible that I could reach home, so I hopped into my vehicle and gave it a try.
It seems that I wasn’t able to reach the top of the hill, so the head chef jumped into my vehicle, and we all attempted to push it, but to no avail. Our neighbor observed our predicament and tried towing my car onto the main road, yet it remained stuck.
She posted a photo of her car being pushed through the snow at night.
She added: ‘Ultimately, my wheel gave out, causing me to abandon it for the evening. The generous owners of the restaurant even offered me a ride home.’
A grateful Nara then thanked the Good Samaritans who helped her along the way.
Last night, I encountered an incredibly intense situation filled with tension and emotion, marked by both anxious moments and tears. Yet, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest, most sincerely compassionate individuals. Needless to say, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
In conclusion, Nara finished her tales, penning, ‘Having tumbled down the slope nearly veering off the highway, I found myself chatting with Lucky while offering a silent plea. Whatever unfolded afterward felt like heavenly intervention.’
Whenever I found myself feeling powerless or unable to think clearly due to my distress, there was always someone kind-hearted stepping in to assist me.
‘If someone had driven my car instead, parked beside me when needed, and provided comforting words, or if a plow had led the way to ensure my safety – just imagining these scenarios makes me feel emotional.’
In December, Nara announced that she and her family had relocated from Dallas, Texas, to Connecticut, having previously discussed their house-hunting experiences over several months.
The star shared a first look at their new home in a video posted to her Instagram and TikTok.
‘We bought our first home!’ the text on the video stated.
Nara shared that she persuaded Lucky to obtain chickens for her, resulting in them acquiring a lake. Any advice on surviving the Connecticut winter this season? This year has been overflowing with countless blessings, leaving me overwhelmed with thankfulness!
The video showcased scenes of her and Lucky strolling around a lake close to their residence with their children, along with glimpses of ongoing improvements within their home.
In a recent TikTok post, Nara talked about having relocated no less than six times in the past, mentioning that each move seems to be increasingly difficult due to the growing amount of possessions she needs to transport.
She expressed amazement, saying “I never thought I’d be saying this, but it seems we’re making our final move because we bought a house! It’s something I’ve always dreamt of – owning my own home – and I can hardly believe that at just 23, I have the opportunity to make that dream come true.
The video additionally captured the pair as they were preparing to depart from their previous residence, including appliances and other belongings from her well-known kitchen, which often served as a scenic backdrop in numerous popular cooking videos she shared online.
The video further displayed the duo tidying up their old house, specifically the kitchen that was frequently seen in viral clips of her culinary endeavors.
