CBS is a great network for Halloween fans, especially since many channels don’t fully celebrate the holiday anymore. While not every show can have a spooky setting like Ghosts or fun costumes like Elsbeth, even the team from Tracker managed to get into the spirit. Although the episode airs a few days after Halloween, it definitely adds to CBS’s collection of themed shows!
The promotion promises a really frightening episode, and it makes me miss Jensen Ackles! It’s true what they say – once you’re a fan of Supernatural, you always will be. Check out the preview for the episode, titled “First Fire,” which might bring some extra chills to the already suspenseful Tracker.
While this episode doesn’t immediately seem very Halloween-themed beyond the storytelling, appearances can be misleading. The official description from CBS suggests Colter is actually investigating a familiar, classic urban legend.
When a nurse is killed on Halloween night and a psychiatric patient named Heston Koontz escapes, Colter begins investigating. He teams up with local police officer Dundee (Derek Richardson) to follow a disturbing series of clues and find out what really happened.
The “First Fire” episode airs on Sunday, November 2 at 8:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
