Based on my years of experience as a cosmetic surgeon, I can confidently say that the long-term consequences of losing your buckle fat pad can indeed be detrimental. This fat pad, located beneath the lower eyelids, plays a crucial role in maintaining a more youthful appearance as we age. Losing it can lead to a sunken or hollowed-out look, which can make one appear older than they actually are.

Lauren Goodger, 37

Ella Rae Wise burst onto the Essex scene in 2019 when she was just 20 years old.

Since then, she has gained widespread popularity due to her relationships with individuals such as Pete Wicks and Dan Edgar. Their romantic involvement continues to persist.

Although she is quite young, Ella has opted for various aesthetic treatments such as Botox, lip augmentation, and breast augmentation to boost her confidence level.

Regarding her breast augmentation, she expressed that it was primarily about boosting her confidence. Amy Childs, 34 

Amy Childs was an original member of the TOWIE cast when the show launched in 2010.

When she was 19 years old, she brought the trend of vajazzling into mainstream culture by offering the service at her beauty salon located in Essex, where she worked as a beautician.

However, she openly discussed the negative consequences of her relentless pursuit of glamour, leading to an addiction to cosmetic surgeries. She also confessed that her excessive use of lip fillers significantly damaged her life.

Initially, she admitted that when she began undergoing cosmetic surgeries, she found herself becoming increasingly dependent on them. She confessed that her addiction to lip fillers is such that she now regrets opting for cosmetic surgery at a young age.

‘My parents told me I resembled an anomaly, which left me in tears. The operations I was undergoing were hard to accept.’

Initially, Amy appeared quite youthful and baby-like on the show because of her young age. However, as the Botox trend really took off, she began getting various treatments.

In this time, it became common for reality television personalities to undergo cosmetic procedures, sometimes even receiving these treatments without cost.

Over time, particularly after she became a mother, Amy has undergone numerous reversals of her cosmetic enhancements. Yet, she preserves her distinctive look through the use of fillers in her cheeks and lips, as well as routine Botox treatments.

James Lock, 37  

Since I joined TOWIE back in 2013, I’ve been unforgettably linked with Yazmin Oukhellou through our rollercoaster love story – the ups and downs, on and off, that’s become my signature!

Additionally, he took pleasure in romantic relationships with his former colleague Danielle Armstrong and the Love Island participant Megan Barton-Hanson.

Over the course of my life, I’ve kept meticulous records of my surgical journeys, unveiling that I’ve undergone enhancements on my ears and teeth, as well as a hair transplant. Later, in an effort to correct the aftermath of a horrific injury, I bravely chose to undergo further procedures to refine the appearance of my face.

Harry Derbidge initially joined TOWIE (The Only Way is Essex) at the age of seventeen, alongside his cousin Amy Childs. Since then, he has been a founding member of the show’s cast.

Over time, Harry’s physical features have clearly evolved, largely because of normal aging, but he insists emphatically that he’s never used injectables like fillers or Botox on his face.

In 2020, he stated: “I’ve just had minimal lip augmentation… I haven’t undergone any lip fillers or facial Botox treatments.”

As a devoted fan, I can share that one of my beloved cast members returned to The Only Way Is Essex in the very same year, openly discussing his journey towards conquering an eating disorder. Gradually, he’s tried various facial enhancement methods such as jaw and cheek fillers, along with Botox, resulting in a more plump overall look for his face.

‘When he was younger, his chin seemed to be further back. However, as time passed and he underwent various cosmetic procedures, along with the natural effects of aging, his chin has noticeably changed its appearance now.’

Chloe Sims, 42 

Chloe Sims was the longest serving TOWIE cast member after being on the show for a decade.

2021 saw the departure from Essex for the reality television personality, who, along with her sibling Charlie, sister Frankie, and brother Demi, began their own reality show titled “House of Sims.” The entire family subsequently moved to Los Angeles following its launch.

Over the years, Chloe, who is a mother of one, has consistently been transparent regarding her aesthetic enhancements. These include undergoing two breast enlargements, a procedure known as a Brazilian Butt Lift, the application of dental veneers, and a thread lift to counteract the effects of aging skin.

He wrote: ‘I’m a very confident individual but my nose has been an insecurity of mine for years. My nose was broken twice when I was in school by bullies so it was always something I knew I needed to have fixed but just too scared to do it.’

Mo stated: “Junaid isn’t shy about undergoing both surgical and non-surgical transformations to alter his looks.”

He’s undergone a rhinoplasty, liposculpture, and has tried out facial fillers for his cheeks and lips to improve his facial structure.

Over time, Junaid transitioned through phases where he removed his fillers and embraced a more authentic appearance. However, in the last few months, he resumed his routine treatments, resulting in a more defined cheek structure, a sharper jawline, and fuller lips.
