Tower of Fantasy brings its Warped Server globally this November 25, removing gacha and adding fresh systems

Perfect World Games will launch the Warped Server for its popular open-world game, Tower of Fantasy, on November 25th, alongside the release of version 5.5. This new server first became available in China in August 2025, offering players a more open and immersive experience.

Prepare to unlock everything without spending a penny in the Warped Server

I’m thrilled to announce that the Warped Server is now available globally! I’m especially excited about this update because it’s getting rid of the gacha system. Now, you’ll be able to unlock all weapons simply by playing and completing missions.

We’ve removed Weapon Ascension and Matrices to simplify the game. Now, you can collect Shards to unlock previously released outfits and looks, which is exciting for collectors. The Trade System is also back, letting you freely exchange Simulacrum Shards and outfits with other players.

More social, guild, and team-based features are coming with the update

Similar to the Chinese version, the global Warped Server will have a new season system and will remove Equipment Ascension. I’m particularly excited about the new Crew Base, which will let us socialize, trade Shards, and try out six new professions, including Explorer, Cook, and Forger.

We’re excited to announce new activities called Crew GVE designed to help new players quickly get up to speed and join the action! We’re also adding more ways to connect with others, including improved social and guild features, and even Team Ultimate Skills. Stay tuned for more details coming soon.
