Created by and starring Pete Holmes, this critically acclaimed HBO show is based on his own experiences and received high praise, with its final season earning a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes.
The show begins a bit slowly, but it quickly becomes funnier and more enjoyable as the episodes progress. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Crashing improves along with its main character, initially being charming more than hilarious, but consistently becoming funnier over time.

The show centers around Victor Godeanu, portrayed by Alec Secareanu, who is the trusted aide to a Romanian dictator with a hidden life as a KGB spy.
