Although Peacock is a smaller streaming service compared to giants like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, it has a great selection of movies and TV shows. Here are three shows you might want to start watching this weekend.
Looking for something to watch the weekend of January 30th to February 1st, 2026? Peacock has you covered with three popular choices: a funny comedy, a captivating reality show, and a thrilling new spy series. They’re all great options for a weekend binge!
Ted
The popular movie Ted became a TV series on Peacock in 2024, and it was quickly renewed for a second season due to its success. Season 2 is coming out in early March, so now is the perfect time to catch up on this funny and often outrageous comedy if you haven’t seen it yet.
The series Ted is a prequel to the popular movies, set in 1993. Created by Seth MacFarlane, known for Family Guy, it has seven episodes ranging from 33 to 50 minutes each. If you enjoy classic comedies and want something funny to watch, Ted is a good option available on Peacock.
The Traitors
The popular reality show The Traitors is back for its fourth season, and it’s already a hit with viewers around the world. As of today, seven out of twelve episodes are available to stream, with new episodes dropping every Thursday. The season will conclude with a two-part finale on February 26th.
Alan Cumming hosts The Traitors, a super addictive reality show available for streaming. Players—often familiar faces from other reality shows or celebrities—compete for a big cash prize, but some are secretly working as “traitors” whose goal is to eliminate the other, “faithful” contestants.
Ponies
So far, Ponies is considered the best new show of 2026 on Peacock. Starring Emilia Clarke and Haley Lu Richardson, the series is set in Moscow during the 1970s, at the peak of the Cold War. Clarke and Richardson play Beatrice and Twila, two friends who become CIA agents after a tragic loss – the death of their husbands.
With only 8 episodes, Ponies is a quick and satisfying watch – critics love it, giving it a 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes! It’s currently the most popular show on Peacock worldwide, so don’t miss out this weekend.
I’m so excited about Ebaster’s new binge guides! If you’re like me and love watching shows on streaming services, you need to check them out. They’ve got guides for everything – Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and even Apple TV. It’s a lifesaver when you’re trying to decide what to watch next!
