By the end of April 2025, we’ve come full circle, and the monthly mobile rankings have once again presented a diverse blend of established titans and up-and-coming contenders.

In March, Honor of Kings lost its leading position as the highest-grossing mobile game, but it regained its throne in April. On the other hand, Block Blast! maintained its impressive run atop the download charts. Now, let’s delve into the figures and the significant events that caused a stir last month.

Once more we find ourselves engaged in Block Blast, a game that currently appears to be invincible. The title has garnered an astounding 40.4 million downloads, surpassing even the impressive figure of 39 million from March. Roblox follows closely behind with 20.1 million downloads, maintaining its strong position on the leaderboard.

Subway Surfers continued to thrive, securing the third spot with an impressive 14.4 million app downloads. Ludo King, boasting 12.2 million downloads, also gained momentum, underscoring its widespread popularity and rising ranks.

10.8 million, 10.7 million, and 10.4 million downloads were recorded for the popular casual and simulation games titled “No Wifi – Stress Relief Toys,” “Pizza Ready!”, and “Cookingdom” respectively, securing their places in the top 10 rankings.

During this period, both Free Fire and its enhanced version, Free Fire MAX (with about 10.5 million and 9.6 million installations respectively), made a reappearance. Last month, Free Fire MAX didn’t manage to rank among the top 15. However, there were some exciting new additions as well! Snake Clash, Brainy Prankster, and 8Ball Pool each garnered over 8 million downloads, joining the popular game lineup.
