November 2025 showed continued stability in the mobile gaming market, as the most popular publishers maintained their leading positions. While the top companies didn’t change, there were some minor adjustments among those lower on the list. Here’s a detailed look at how the biggest publishers performed in terms of downloads and revenue this month.
Top Mobile Game Publishers by Downloads for November 2025
Azur Games remained the most downloaded publisher with 101.3 million downloads, solidifying its position at the top. Miniclip came in second with 83.4 million downloads, while BabyBus held onto third place with 79.3 million.
Voodoo held steady in fourth place with 72.6 million downloads. They also finished fifth with 70.3 million downloads. Overall, the top five companies in terms of downloads from September and October haven’t changed.

Supercent was a close second, earning 55.1 million, while Supersonic Studios came in seventh with 50.8 million. Outfit7 remained in eighth place with 48.1 million, and its game, My Talking Tom 2, ranked 14th among the most downloaded games in November.
So, CrazyLabs landed in ninth place with a solid 35.9 million, and 1SOFT rounded out the top ten with 32.3 million. After that, it was a lot of the usual suspects: Hungry Studio at eleven, Garena at twelve, Tencent Games at thirteen, and FreePlay Inc. and ABI Games Studio taking the last two spots. Pretty competitive leaderboard, honestly!
Top Mobile Game Publishers by Revenue for November 2025
Revenue remained fairly stable this month. Tencent Games continued to lead by a significant margin, earning $395.9 million. Century Games came in second with $192.7 million, and Dream Games held third place with $131.2 million – both companies performed consistently well compared to last month.
Okay, so Scopely and Funfly saw a tiny drop in earnings, but they still managed to stay in the Top 5 – pretty impressive! Playrix was right behind them at number six, pulling in about $112.3 million. And Roblox Corp. wasn’t far behind, landing at number seven with around $112.1 million. It was a tight race for those spots!

Wow, the top 10 was rounded out by King, Supercell, and NetEase Games! It’s amazing that both King and Supercell made over 100 million – NetEase Games almost did too, just missing it by about 8 million. Honestly, the rest of the list was filled with companies I always expect to see up there.
Microfun, Cognosphere (from HoYoverse), Moon Active, Bandai Namco Entertainment, and Florere Game Limited rounded out the top 15 highest-grossing companies, each earning over $60 million.
