Mobile game publishers finished December 2025 with a successful end to the year. The most popular companies continued to lead in both downloads and earnings. While the leaders stayed mostly the same, some publishers experienced significant growth, which we’ll cover in this report.

Top Mobile Game Publishers by Downloads for December 2025

Azur Games remained the top publisher in December with an impressive 106 million downloads, further solidifying its lead in the hyper-casual gaming market. Miniclip came in second with 93.3 million downloads, a significant increase from the previous month.

Voodoo rose to third place with 85.7 million installs, a significant jump of 15 million from November. SayGames remained in fourth with 81.7 million downloads, maintaining its steady performance throughout the year. BabyBus completed the top five, earning just under 80 million downloads.

Supercent stayed in sixth place with 62.6 million downloads. Outfit7 dropped to seventh, despite exceeding 52 million downloads. Supersonic Studios was eighth with 49.1 million downloads, maintaining consistent performance amidst growing competition.

Hungry Studio ranked ninth with 40.4 million downloads, and CrazyLabs rounded out the top ten with 38.8 million. The rest of the top fifteen included well-known developers like 1SOFT, FreePlay Inc., Tencent Games, and Garena International. Ikame Games – Zego Studio was a bit of a surprise addition, landing at number fifteen.

Top Mobile Game Publishers by Revenue for December 2025

Tencent Games continued to dominate the market in December, earning an impressive $354.6 million. This revenue was more than the combined earnings of the next two highest-performing game publishers.

Century Games maintained its second-place position with $199.8 million in revenue, thanks to the continued success of Last War: Survival. Funfly rose to third place with $142.4 million, surpassing Dream Games, which fell to fourth with $131.6 million.

Scopely came in fifth place with $128.4 million in revenue, largely due to the ongoing success of MONOPOLY GO!, which brought in $110 million in the last month. Roblox Corporation was close behind in sixth place with $118.4 million, and Playrix rounded out the top seven with $114.3 million.

King came in eighth place with $104.5 million in revenue, exceeding $100 million once again. NetEase Games finished ninth with $100.8 million, just above the $100 million mark, and Supercell rounded out the top ten with $96.3 million.

Companies just outside the top ten, including Microfun Limited and Moon Active, maintained consistent performance. Bandai Namco Entertainment, Cognosphere (HoYoverse), and Florere Game Limited also finished December strong, each earning over $65 million.
