Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Officially Announced With July Release Date
Activision has officially unveiled “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 & 4,” a sequel to the 2020 release “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2.” This upcoming game features remastered versions of the series’ 2001 and 2002 titles, which were originally launched on platforms like PS1, PS2, GameCube, N64, Xbox, and PC. The release date is set for this July.
The official announcement follows numerous hints, disclosures, and a confession from a professional skateboarder. THPS 3 + 4 delivers fresh and iconic skate parks, new characters, and the revival of Create-A-Skater and Create-A-Park, alongside all the expected gravity-defying stunts and pulse-pounding soundtrack.
As a diehard fan, I can’t contain my excitement about the iconic Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series making its triumphant return with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4! The best parts of the original games are coming back, but this time they’re bigger and better than ever. More pro skaters, new skate parks, crazier tricks, ear-pounding music, and much more await us fans in this epic comeback!
The games Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4 are set to release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on July 11th. Pre-ordering gives you early access three days before the release date, as well as a Wireframe Tony Shader and an opportunity to test the Foundry Demo when it becomes available. An enhanced version of “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 & 4,” titled the Digital Deluxe Edition, will also be up for grabs. This edition includes the game along with character additions – The Doom Slayer and The Revenant from DOOM, who can be used as playable skaters, each equipped with two hidden moves. Additionally, it offers two outfits for both characters and a special Unmaykr Hoverboard skate deck for The Doom Slayer. Exclusive Doom Slayer, Revenant, and Create-a-Skater skate decks are also included, as well as extra songs to enrich the game’s soundtrack.
