Claudia Karvan has shared that she is still in a relationship with Dave Galafassi, who was previously married to actress Toni Collette.

I just got back from the most incredible trip to Italy with my partner! We had such a romantic time exploring everything it has to offer, and I couldn’t resist sharing a few glimpses with my followers. It was a much-needed escape, and honestly, a total dream come true.

Claudia, who started dating Dave in December 2023, shared a sweet post praising him as the perfect person to travel with.

Photos revealed the couple enjoying a hike in the Dolomite Mountains and indulging in some delicious Italian gelato.

I always say a little fun is essential for a happy life! I recently shared a photo of a playful moment with my partner, Dave – I was doing a handstand and he was happily supporting my feet. It’s those silly, spontaneous things that really make life enjoyable, don’t you think?

Another picture showed the pair posing on a walking trail.

‘Grazie Italy. Thank you gelato, thank you majestic Dolomites,’ she said in the post.

She also mentioned the conflict in Gaza, expressing gratitude to Italians for displaying Palestinian flags, something she noted wasn’t common where she is in Sydney.

‘And thanks mostly to Dave for being the best travel partner ever.’

The couple’s followers were quick to comment on the loved-up post.

Dave, a drummer for an indie rock band, publicly ended his relationship with Golden Globe-winning actress Toni in December 2022. Photos surfaced showing him kissing Egan at Manly Beach in Sydney, confirming the split.

And then, just hours later, she posted on Instagram – she’d *just* reactivated it, can you believe it?! – with a statement saying it was over. A *joint* statement with him! David and his future partner first crossed paths in 2002 at his band’s album release event in Sydney. They met again shortly after, just a few days later, at a house party.

In January 2003, less than a year after meeting, they exchanged vows in a Buddhist ceremony held on her property in Berry, on the south coast of New South Wales.

I was so excited to see Dave photographed with Claudia from *The Secret Life of Us* back in December 2023! They were clearly having a great time surfing at Bondi Beach, and weren’t shy about showing some affection – it was really sweet to see!

Pictures revealed the couple, both wearing wetsuits, sharing kisses in the water while enjoying a surfing session on their boards.

According to an eyewitness who spoke with Woman’s Day, the pair were seen arriving and leaving the beach together, appearing very happy and unconcerned about being seen.

Claudia was most recently in a relationship with Jeremy Sparks, which lasted for 22 years before they separated in 2017.
