Ronnie Radke, a musician, filed a request in a Southern California court on Monday for a restraining order against Brittany Furlan, who is married to Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe. Radke claims Furlan has been repeatedly harassing him online through social media.
Okay, so I’ve been following Ronnie Radke, the frontman of Falling in Reverse, and this is just awful! Apparently, according to court documents the Daily Mail saw, this woman, she’s 39, keeps contacting him – like, constantly. It’s not just social media stuff either; he’s saying she’s shown up in person too, and he doesn’t want anything to do with her. It’s seriously creepy and I’m so worried about him!
Radke testified in court that Furlan falsely claimed they had a romantic relationship and attempted to get others to lie about him as well.
According to court documents, Radke claims his girlfriend, Dana Wright, saw Furlan initiate unwanted physical contact in May 2025.
In court documents, Radke stated that the Vine star, who married Lee in 2019, personally came to his home.
According to court documents, Furlan repeatedly messaged Radke despite not receiving responses, and then began following him, even to medical appointments.

Radke stated that Furlan waited outside the hospital and watched him, which led Radke to ask the court for a restraining order.
According to court documents, Radke claims Furlan continues to spread false information about him publicly and is also allegedly contacting young fans and pressuring them to give false statements about him.
He is asking the court to prohibit Furlan from coming within 100 yards of him.
Lou Shapiro, the attorney for Ms. Furlan, stated to Daily Mail that his client is upset to learn about the petition, as she believes she is the one being harassed.
We plan to vigorously defend ourselves against this baseless lawsuit and are asking the court to protect Ms. Furlan from any further harassment or threats from the person who filed it.
Daily Mail contacted representatives for Lee and Radke through Instagram, seeking additional information about this story.
In a video shared on Instagram Sunday, Radke accused Furlan of being part of a group chat with his fans where she allegedly spread false information about him.
Radke warned that the things being said could lead to serious legal consequences, possibly even jail time.

I won’t discuss this any further. It’s gone on long enough that it now feels like legal harassment, and I need to stop engaging.
In a separate video, Radke claimed Furlan was pretending they had a romantic connection to convince both her husband and the public, even though they hadn’t actually known each other beforehand.
This recent event happened less than a year after Furlan said someone impersonated Radke in an online scam, which led to difficulties in her marriage with Lee.
Radke told TMZ he had no connection to the social media personality and contacted the FBI because an online impersonator was causing him issues.
I’m really surprised to learn that other girls were also involved with this Snapchat situation, and I don’t want anyone to be misled or taken advantage of,” Radke explained.
He stated that the FBI has been notified and that the situation now constitutes a serious crime, a felony, in fact.

Radke explained that he found out about the drama when Tommy Lee, who was very upset, contacted him directly through a message.
At first, I assumed it was a joke, but then I realized they were serious,” Radke explained. “I kept telling them it wasn’t me, but they insisted it was.
Last May, Lee stated he had no prior contact with Furlan, wasn’t interested in her romantically, and had admired her work in the music industry for years.
Tommy Lee, who has been married four times before – to Pamela Anderson, Elaine Starchuk, and Heather Locklear – married Brittany Furlan, originally from Perkasie, Pennsylvania, almost seven years ago.
The two initially met in 2017, got engaged in 2018, and got married on Valentine’s Day of 2019.
