The news that Holland will be starring alongside Matt Damon in Nolan’s upcoming untitled project is simply electrifying.

Information on this upcoming film is scant at the moment, but The Hollywood Reporter hints that it won’t be a contemporary story. As for whether it’s set in the past or future, we’ll have to wait and see.
After their latest collaboration on the Oscar-winning World War II drama “Oppenheimer,” where Nolan took home both Best Director and Best Picture awards, Nolan and Damon have reteamed. Earlier, they had collaborated on the film “Interstellar.
Recently, I stepped back into the shoes of Peter Parker alongside Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield for the epic adventure, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and brought the legendary video game character, Nathan Drake, to life on the big screen in the Uncharted film.
Last year, he was behind both the creation and performance in the Apple TV+ suspenseful series, “The Crowded Room”, as well as featuring in a live theater adaptation of “Romeo & Juliet” on the West End stage.
It’s anticipated that he will rejoin the cast for “Spider-Man 4,” and, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter, it seems probable that he’ll show up in “Avengers: Doomsday” alongside several of his Marvel Cinematic Universe colleagues, including Robert Downey Jr portraying Doctor Doom.
Earlier in October, Tom Holland shared some thrilling news about ‘Spider-Man 4’ as he announced that he and his co-star Zendaya had already gone through a version of the movie’s script.
[The script] requires some refinement, however, the writers are excelling,” he shared on The Rich Roll podcast. “Three weeks ago, I went through it, and it sparked a flame within me. Zendaya and I both had the opportunity to read it simultaneously, and at times, we were energetically moving around our living room.
Nolan’s untitled film is currently set to open on July 17, 2026.
