On Valentine’s Day, Tom Daley thoughtfully crafted a cardigan and presented it to Sharon Stone, capturing her heartwarming response on camera as he did so.
The 30-year-old Olympic diver is known for his long-standing passion for knitting, frequently spotted doing it poolside during competitions.
Each Monday, I eagerly await the day when I get to share my heartfelt moments, like the one where I gifted that special garment to the timeless beauty, Sharon – who gracefully turned 66 this year. After meticulously wrapping it up with utmost care, I embarked on a journey across town to deliver it personally to her doorstep.
Sharon exclaimed enthusiastically upon trying it: “Wow, check out this piece! Check out the buttons. Thanks a lot, Tom, I absolutely adore it! You’re just so gifted and talented. Take a look at that!
Join me in watching a video that Tom made, where he shows you the completed cardigan he gave to @sharonstone. He’s really pleased with how well it fits.

Last July Tom was spotted with his knitting equipment at the Paris Olympics.
During the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the British diving team member was often seen knitting by the poolside, taking a break from competition while watching his fellow diver Jack Laugher win a bronze medal.
In simpler terms, Daley frequently displays his knitting talent, often unveiling various creations like a cream item embellished with the Team GB emblem during the year 2021.
Previously, Tom Daley has discussed how knitting helps clear his mind during competitions. He shares his handmade creations on his Instagram page titled “Made With Love by Tom Daley”.
During our visit to Japan for the trial event, I unexpectedly brought my knitting along. In fact, I was knitting during my competitions since there are often 45-minute breaks between dives. This gave me an opportunity to sit and knit, helping me completely forget about the competition. I’m quite passionate about it!
Apart from that, he playfully expressed his concern that he might exhaust his supply of yarn during his stay at the Olympics.
He mentioned, “I’ve been contemplating starting a small venture involving the design of an Olympic-themed sweater. If it gets used during the Games, I can reflect on it in 20 years and say, ‘I created that for the Olympics.’ Isn’t that awesome?
Daley made his Olympic debut as a 14-year-old in Beijing and won bronze at London 2012 and Rio.

Tom Daley, a well-known British diver, is married to Lance Black, an American screenwriter and film director. They are proud parents of two children they share together.
