Toho Animation unveiled an intense sneak peek for the final season of “My Hero Academia,” providing a glimpse into the anime’s exciting culmination.

Made by Studio Bones, the last season is set to translate the thrilling “Final War” and “Epilogue” parts from Kohei Horikoshi’s manga, wrapping up, in a climactic way, the extensive tale of Izuku Midoriya (Deku) and his peers at U.A. High School. The trailer showcases intense clashes, such as Deku’s ultimate duel with Tomura Shigaraki, along with the much-anticipated fight between All Might and All For One. This battle is accompanied by stunning animation and a powerful narration: “We shall join forces — our determination. Our aspiration.

The teaser showcases the series’ unique mix of heartfelt storytelling and thrilling action, interspersed with glimpses of familiar characters and fresh challenges that suggest the profound impact of the upcoming episodes. Led by Naomi Nakayama as director and Kenji Nagasaki reprising his role as chief director, this season dives deeper into topics such as legacy, sacrifice, and the struggles of being a hero in a world influenced by Quirks. Featuring music by Yuki Hayashi and character designs by Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima, the final season is set to offer a poignant farewell to one of today’s most cherished anime series.

On July 5, 2025, in the Peacock Theater, Los Angeles, TOHO is organizing a special event titled “My Hero Academia” for Anime Expo.
