The Chrisley family has faced several legal issues recently. In 2022, Todd and Julie Chrisley were convicted of financial crimes and spent time in prison before receiving a pardon earlier this year. Their son, Chase, was also arrested after reportedly getting into a physical altercation at a bar. Additionally, Todd’s eldest son, Kyle, has a history of legal troubles and was recently arrested for assault and public intoxication, among other charges.
According to TMZ, Kyle Chrisley was arrested in Tennessee on Saturday evening, December 20th. The 34-year-old was taken into custody by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center that night. He was reportedly arrested around 7 p.m., but authorities haven’t yet released information about the charges. As of now, Chrisley’s lawyers haven’t made any public statements regarding the arrest.
In addition to charges of public intoxication and assault, Chrisley is now facing several other accusations. According to TMZ, these include three counts of assaulting a first responder, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He’s also been charged with three counts related to attempting to retaliate against someone for past events.
