Today star Sarah Abo shows off her push-up skills – while co-host Karl Stefanovic’s leave a lot to be desired

As a lifestyle expert and avid observer of the entertainment industry, I have had the pleasure of following Sarah Abo’s career with great interest. Her recent display of fitness and agility during a playful ad break on Today Show left me impressed and amused in equal measure. On Mondays show, Sarah Abo impressed co-host Karl Stefanovic with her impressive push-up abilities, putting them on display.

During a commercial break on Today, the 38-year-old host demonstrated her fitness prowess by doing as many reps as possible of the exercise and lowered herself to the ground to display the action.

Simultaneously, Karl, aged 49, showed that his athletic abilities were not up to par as he clumsily bent over a chair to perform push-ups, all the while munching on a bag of potato chips.

The comedy reporting team now in Paris for the Olympics broadcast, recently posted a funny video on Instagram for all to enjoy.

During the commercial breaks on set, we draw motivation from our Olympic athletes, as depicted by Sarah with a mix of amusement and emotion.

A few days ago, Sarah caused quite a stir by posting a breathtakingly natural selfie without makeups, in front of the Eiffel Tower.

In the charming photograph, the TV host beamed with happiness and flashed the peace sign to the camera.

In her simple, chic outfit consisting of a white tank top, black pants, and white sneakers, she accentuated her inherent attractiveness without applying any makeup.

Sarah adorned herself with fashionable sunglasses and let her sleek black hair fall loosely around her shoulders in gentle waves.

The experienced journalist created a commotion in front of a well-known French landmark just prior to the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.

Sarah labeled the image with enthusiastic phrases: “The Paris 2024 opening ceremony’s grand finale is ready to unfold on stage.”

Just days before on Thursday, Sarah suffered a fashion faux pas during her work trip to France. 

While filming a segment for her morning show on Channel Nine based in Paris, the co-host of Today was surprised by a guest who admitted she had violated a major rule.

The presenter wore a white T-shirt and black jeans. She accessorized with a gray scarf, wrapping it around her shoulders, and shielded her dark hair under a cream-colored beret.

When she encountered Australian expat and podcast host Oliver Gee in France, he made it clear that berets are typically worn only by tourists and elderly gentlemen in rural areas.
