On Monday during the broadcast of Channel Nine’s Today show, some of the hosts jokingly made an inappropriate comment about Tammy Hembrow and Bailey Smith following their public outing together on the Gold Coast over the weekend.
During their discussion about the possible new relationships of Jayne Azzopardi and Danika Mason with Karl Stefanovic and Sarah Abo, they injected some humor into the conversation by commenting on the AFL player’s game from the previous Friday evening.
‘I don’t know who is prettier. They kind of look like twins,’ Sarah Abo said.
‘They could probably share the same shampoo and conditioner,’ another presenter added.
They then joked Bailey was on ‘fire’ after getting ‘about 31 touches on the weekend on the field.’
The hosts all burst into laughter before host Karl then added: ‘Wow that’s a handsome couple.
‘Good luck to them. Love is love.’
On the weekend, Tammy went out with Bailey – a move made only a few days after she declared herself content as a single woman following her unexpected divorce from Matthew Zukowski.
Three months following her split with the Love Island celebrity, the fitness entrepreneur, aged 31, was observed having a close encounter with Bailey during a weekend lunch outing in Gold Coast – a visit that Bailey made specifically from Melbourne to meet her.
24-year-old, the latest addition to the Cat’s roster, was feeling ecstatic following his contribution in their victory against Essendon at GMHBA Stadium on Friday evening.
By Saturday morning, he was on a flight to Brisbane for his secret weekend rendezvous with Tammy.

At the event, Bailey, known as the most eligible bachelor in coding circles, opted for a more casual look, wearing jeans and a blue polo shirt. His long, golden hair, reminiscent of Tarzan’s, was left unfettered.
In a whirlwind of fangirl excitement, there was no denying the electric connection between them – a connection that had me glued to my spot, heart pounding. As they exited the venue, their hands entwined, their laughter echoing around us like the sweetest symphony, I couldn’t help but sneakily capture their every move with my camera. Oh, the thrill!
Following their meal, it’s likely they traveled for about 15 minutes to Hembrow’s luxurious waterfront residence in Broadbeach Waters, where they had the opportunity to deepen their relationship.
On the very same day, Tammy posted a collection of photos on Instagram, all dressed up in sensual nightwear. She was captured striking poses on her bed.
On Sunday, Bailey returned to Melbourne to continue his training in preparation for Geelong’s upcoming match against the Swans at the SCG.
Upon his arrival at Melbourne Airport, Bailey made a significant comment that suggested a more profound bond between him and the Insta-celebrity mom of three.
When the photographer incorrectly pronounced Tammy’s last name, calling it “Hem-brow” instead of “Hem-bro”, Bailey swiftly corrected him without a moment’s pause.
He firmly corrected, “It’s Hem-bro, not Hem-brow.” This short and straightforward reminder might suggest there’s something deeper going on beyond a simple friendship.

It’s only been eight weeks since we parted ways, but it’s hard for me to comprehend such swift transition. After 48 days, I’m still grappling with my emotions, especially given our shared marital history. Right now, I’m making an effort to prioritize self-care and recovery.
